KDH all of a sudden could not provide eye care to me and had to begin the search for a new provider. EC is a bit of a drive but Dr. Tam and crew are wonderful. Polite, professional and always welcoming, new glasses were set up, delivered quickly and corrected a vision problem that previous eye doc did not pick up. Would highly recommend!

I needed to get in for my yearly eye exam. I saw this was a new place and called to make an appointment. They got me in within a few days. I went in and had my exam, everything went smoothly and quickly. The front desk girls are really helpful and nice. Dr. Nguyen has excellent "bedside manners" and he explained every step of the way.

Beware of Visionary Eyecare! I was told that I had paid my bill in full after my appointment. In July I received a statment from my insurance companies (Medicare and Tricare) saying they had made a payment on this same bill, yes the same one which I had paid in full. When I talked to Visionary Eyecare I was told they had no record of the insurance companies paying and they didn't even take tricare insurance. When I told Visionary Eyecare I had the paperwork to prove otherwise I was told to bring the paperwork to them and they would refund the amount the insurance companies had paid. When I went to the office I was then told I hadn't paid the whole bill but only the deductible + glasses. I was also told that when insurance was paying, the cost was more. Over night their account of my bill had changed in their system. The exam was May 5, 2021 unfortunately I did not keep a copy of the bill. So be warned if you do business with them have everything in print and keep all the documentation. Also, I have to add that Tam Nguyen OD was very good and I regret that I won't go to see him again.

Rude staff. Very unprofessional. was told my glasses would take about two weeks to come in, probably sooner since insurance wasn't involved. It ended up taking a month! Asked if I could get some money back on them since it took so long and was told by two different people they would ask and let me know. Today, I was informed that it was against their policy and that no one would have told me that. I've been in the customer service business for over thirty years and I have never treated someone as rudely as they did me today. They aren't the only optometrist in town!

This place is awful - made appointment and wrote down when my appointment was - they had my appointment wrong date and time - charged me 40 dollars for missed appointment- Finally got a appointment and spoke with Dr about 40 dollar missed appointment fee - did not wave fee - got exam for contacts - changed my prescription- left with new contacts - could not see road signs - had to turn around and go back to be seen again for new contacts - Dr is rude and not very friendly - High staff turn over - texted me 8 times about my appointment to confirm - not going back !!!

Do not recommend. Super unprofessional and slow. They will text you with remaining balances months later but tell you that everything is covered by insurance when you go in. I specially asked what was covered too, and paid the normal extra things for an annual check up. No help, and I ended up just ordering contacts and glasses online because no one knew anything. 100% do not recommend this place. I would give 0 stars if possible.

The optician is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about her. She spent a lot of time helping me with frame selection for my very thick lenses and making alternate decisions after the frame I chose broke immediately when I received my glasses. She was so positive, kind, and helpful. The optometrist's skills, unfortunately, are lacking. When I told him about my ongoing issues with double vision and asked him about a possible cause and any needed follow-up, he simply shrugged his shoulders. He gave me no answer at all. My new eye doctor has let me know that I need to be monitored for the development of glaucoma, and I also need to have a neurology consultation to rule out multiple sclerosis. Wow - that's pretty important information. Seek care elsewhere!

I went to this shop a bit excited because someone I know purchased a gorgeous pair of glasses here. We walked into the shop, two individuals looked up at us, spoke, and never acknowledged our existence after that. It's a huge letdown. People walked in after us and were not only greeted but told someone would help them momentarily. The selection of frames was vast and the frames were gorgeous, however in lieu of the way we were treated, I suggest going elsewhere. You probably would receive better customer service if you went to a fast food restaurant. I don't recommend.
