Disclaimer: This first part was a draft from a past visit. They would have easily gotten 4 stars on this visit, but we waited about 10 minutes before I had to flag down a server to help us participate in the dinning experience.Here's where tonight's review starts. (12/13/24)Service gets one star. She did a great job given our group size (8).The ability to handle multiple large groups on a Friday night gets them another star. The food is my main focus for the potential remaining stars. Tonight the food gets one star. We ordered 2 large pizzas, one main dish, & two apps. This pizza my wife and I ordered with three toppings was very over cooked. It was cracker dry and burned. Like it was forgotten. When I held my slice one handed it had zero flop and no crust bend. It snapped with a fold attempt. My wife said, "possibly the worst she's ever had". That's bad. It shouldn't have been sent out. Also no we did not order it well done as some might speculate. We had somewhere to be and wouldn't have had time to send it back for a redo. We ordered a couple of ranches and pushed through the edible parts. The pepperoni pizza we also had was much better. That's about all I have to say about that.

Vincenzo's is a family owned and operated Colonial Heights favorite Italian Restaurant with a wide variety of American options. They offer a good selection of craft beer, wine and drinks. There is a large main dining area and additional seating available. If you have to wait for a table, it is usually is not very long Service is always friendly efficient and on point. Vincenzo's is one of our favorite places for dine in and take out. There is plenty of parking available.

We had excellent service and the food was fantastic. The lasagna was meaty, cheesy and saucy. The house Italian was perfect and light. Great portions enough to eat left overs over the weekend. The ambience is warm and classic old school Italian restaurant. Parking is a little challenging but it works. Vincenzo's has been a local favorite for many years and hopefully many more to come. Well done.

Came here for an office lunch. 16 ppl. Definitely accommodating and we ordered different menu items, from pizza, wraps and pasta. Everyone said super yummy. I didn't have the pizza, but almost all of it was gone. Person who had eggplant Parmesan's said it wasn't her favorite, more breading than she would like. Lasagna was excellent. Handled the big group well. Would come back again.

Been here a couple times and they have the best pizza in colonial heights easily. This past time I got garlic knots, wings, and chicken Alfredo pizza to go. The garlic knots were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside sitting in some amazing garlic butter. The pizza was crispy and full of flavor with their Alfredo sauce. The wings I will say are pretty average but not bad by any means. Highly recommend this place! The inside is clean and kept up with nicely and staff are always great when I've gone in there.

Very much enjoyed our meal, waitress was sweet, and very clean. Garlic Knotts were the best I've ever had. I would go back just for them! You have to try these. Husband said Pizza was good. Fettuccini Alfredo was a bit pricey for no chicken, just pasta and sauce. It was good, but not worth the money. We definitely enjoyed the meal and would return on our next trip here.

My husband talks about this place a lot and we decided to go for dinner . We ordered the grilled chicken salad , fries ravioli with beef, cheese pizza and buffalo wings . Our server was amazing . She was very sweet and helpful with everything, kepted our drinks full without even asking . The fried ravioli was amazing , the beef was seasoned and the outside was so crispy , the dipping sauce was so good it had a sweet note to it ! Love it ! The cheese pizza was so good and cheesy and a nice size to be a person pan . My husband devoured the chicken salad , they did not skimp on the chicken or the salad itself and the presentation was everything . The chicken wings was nice and crispy. And the PRICES ! You can't beat it ! The amount of food you get the prices are damn good . I will be a returning customers . I can't wait to try more dishes !

I went to Vincenzo's Italian Restaurant with the taste for some great pasta. I was greeted by the hostess and I was seated immediately. The staff was friendly and they were preparing for the shutdown for the evening (as in they were wrapping the cutlery and shutting down stations). I was a little nervous, because I thought the food would suffer since I went so late. That was NOT the case. I ordered the Chicken Parm special of the night and it was amazing. The portions were generous, the food was freshly prepared, the flavor was deep and delicious, and I was so pleased. The waitress was so attentive and nice. She make sure that my glass was full and I had everything that I requested. After all of the food i received, she even tempted me to look at the desserts, but I passed on it. Please come with an appetite and bring the family too.

Haven't been here in three years mainly because I could not ser there menu except an automated copy which laccked detail. Had Baked Spaghetti with Cheese which was very good. Their House Salad was very good, fresh, and larger than most side salads.
