Upscale Furniture

Went in twice. Ignored both times. Second time, my husband attempted to ask questions. Sales person never looked up, never made eye contact. I guess they are doing well enough that they don't mind losing a sale from someone with money in hand and a truck to carry. We would've spent at least $5,000.'1 star for the beautiful furniture that I will be more than happy to pay more for from someone with a better attitude. First visit 10am on September 14,2nd visit 1pm September 23.

Stopped in yesterday and it's a super cute store! They have furniture for the bedroom and living room, and also tons of outdoor furniture. They have tons of different price points and also lots of random wall hangings and tchotchkes.

Such a cute store with great customer service. Great outdoor good and nice section of basics. Selection is relatively small, but they keep their inventory on Facebook to get an idea of their products

I went in to see what they had. Outside are a lot of resin outdoor seating, inside you'll find more. I was expecting something else from the name, more "furniture " rather than outdoor. Anyway people were very friendly and they have a nice dog greeter. In the back room they have a small selection of consignment furniture but I had expected to see much more. I ended up purchasing 2 resin Adirondack style chairs and we are very happy with them. Definitely stop in especially if you're looking for the outdoor furniture, their prices are much better than some of the stores on the other side of the bridge.

We have been buying furniture and accessories from this store for a few years. We buy not only for our home but for our church. Exceptional value. Friendly service and good selection of products for anyone on a budget.

Best furniture you'll find on the OBX or anywhere. Literally the best customer service as they are very friendly and sweet. Amazing variety of furniture especially if you love the beach. Very cute furniture, they even have stuff for people with back problems, ect. Haven't dropped by? Then run over there and get some furniture n' decal!

Dan from Upscale is great to work with, very personable and professional. I was able to find some really great pieces for our rental, at really great prices. Everything that I purchased was in very good condition - some looked brand new even though it was previously owned. I will be returning again when we need more. Upscale has a great selection for nearly every room of the house. I highly recommend them.
