No professionalism or customer satisfaction at all. I wanted to message your business due to the horrible customer satisfaction I received over the phone with an older lady (I believe her name is chris). I called to ask for assistance on sizes of wetsuits and she consistently said sir, come into the shop and we will help you. I tried to tell her thank you I'm looking at a chart that ranges from size ml that fit my height and weight but not my chest and shoulder size. I was wondering if I have to do a custom size wet suit can I do that with you guys after trying on some suits. I couldn't even say that she kept interrupting me. Saying the same thing over and over again. Then she has the odascity to just hang up on me. Then my buddy called because he heard everything and she says hello?! Who is this? Not even saying hello this is underwater adventures my name is "chris" how can I help you. Just like any other front desk worker should say and be professional. Wtheck... you guys were recommended by my buddy, then I call to get this attitude... down right despicable...?You know what right after I called kathy at lynnhaven dive center and got my answers I needed. Thank you kathy.

At first, I was impressed with their friendliness, then I had my Aqualing reg serviced by them. First dive trip, only 1 month later, I realized none of the hoses were tightened. I tightened them up (thankfully checked them ahead of dive so no loss of use or incident). Sent an email and received a reply with apology, and they say hoses were tightened to spec, and that hoses do that due to coiling. Hmm, ok.2nd trip, 2 months later and a full tank now free flows thru primary and secondary, couldn't stop it. Rented a reg for 2 days while I found a shop in Bonaire (Carib Inn, great folks). They had to adjust the intermediate but said it's about 20% off where it should be.I cant recommend Underwater Adventures given my experiences with such a critical oeice of gear.

The team at Underwater Adventures are fantastic!! My daughter (12 years old) just completed her scuba certification with them and we couldn't have been happier. Chris, the owner, is thoughtful, thorough, and professional; and Gary, the dive master, has our complete trust - he stood (or floated) beside my daughter and helped her work through her initial fears (in the open water), and made her comfortable and in love with diving. Thank you all so much!

I was in there today to buy some gear. They were all very professional and very helpful. I felt right at home talking to them. If you're looking for a no nonsense dive shop this is it. I will definitely buy from there again and go on some of the dive trips.
