Don't go here literally every other furniture store in the area has better quality stuff for the same price to the same quality for half the price. This place is trash they just try bringing you in with the name. Also their couches are terrible quality for $100 more you can get an AMAZING couch at Hayes they always have specials going on just ask the associates. (At Hayes, not here.)

I give a 4 and not a 5 because my first delivery experience was not the best. I wanted a burgundy sofa/love seat set. They delivered 2 different colors items...a burgundy love seat and a red sofa. I asked if they had the burgundy sofa to match the love seat and they said no. I informed I'll take the red than so just bring a red love seat to match the red sofa. They brought another burgundy love seat back and it wasn't brand new it was off the show room floor which I specified I did not want a show room floor item. I sent it all back and went in the store and informed them since they do not have a new burgundy set in stock I'll take the complete red set. Well the brought the burgundy set instead. I was confused because they said on delivery day that they only had the burgundy love seat and not the burgundy sofa. I didn't send it back because it still matches my living room and I only wanted the red because they said they had both items.

Well what can I say. A couple days ago I went into Unclaimed Freight on Virginia Beach Blvd and bought four dining chairs. The the sales lady told me she would give me a call Monday when the chairs come in. My husband goes to pick-up the chairs today and guess what? The chairs were in boxes and needed to be assembled!!! My husband asked the sales lady if she told me the chairs would need assembly. She said she did. Not true. In my mind, I was expecting chairs already assembled coming out of a box and if I knew I would have to assemble, I wouldn't have bought them. Well, I guess we will be assembling chairs soon. Unclaimed Freight you need to make sure your customers know when they will need to assemble furniture. Thank you.

They were very nice. We were looking for a mattress for our guest room, nothing fancy, just a simple mattress set and frame. They had what we were looking for and even loaded it and tied it down on our car. We got a very reasonable price and great service.

I am very disappointed with the way this company runs a business. I paid for my furniture on full $1500 last Tuesday including a delivery fee and was told my furniture would be delivered by Friday or Saturday the same week. Come Saturday afternoon still no furniture or phone call. So call the warehouse in hampton and they say we don't have a delivery scheduled for you at all. You are not even on our list. Then says we are behind you won't get your furniture delivered for a month or two. What who in their right mind waits that long to get furniture they paid over $1500 for. So I rent a truck and drive to the warehouse to be told they don't even have my furniture. What?? They call the showrooms and find only one set of the exact furniture I paid for but it's on the showroom floor. So now I either wait 2 months or take the set on display already sat on and touched by who knows. What kind of business are these people running. Why let someone pay all that money and not even have what they are paying you for. All I get is we are really sorry. Well guess what sorry doesn't solve the problem. Will definitely not ever spend my money there ever again and will tell everyone I know not to either.
