Umi Teriyaki & Sushi

Not even sure why they post their hours of operation.... They're never open. Said they were open at 10:30 am today, went at 11:15 am and they weren't open yet. A worker walked by and I simply asked when they might open up and she rudely answered "clearly not right now". Not the first time I've tried to eat there during business hours without success.Prices are higher than other local fast food teriyaki places as well. Won't waste my time trying to see if they're serving in the future.

I really wanted to like the Thai iced tea that I purchased from here but it was so watery. I got my daughter a strawberry and banana smoothie and it was so hard to get the boba through the straw. It wasn't terrible I just didn't enjoy it much. Customer service was awesome though. The woman who took our order was so nice and had the sweetest smile.

We ordered 2 #3 specials, and they were okay. Not very good, but not terrible. Definitely edible, but not exciting or impressive. Then later when I went to get my soda refilled, it is $1, and you need to have cash. What the? Because of you use your card for that $1 refill, they have a $5 minimum purchase for the card. So, nevermind the $30 I just paid for the food, they can't offer free refills? Disappointed...

This restaurant is more like Chinese food. The beef fried rice was $14, a bit pricey. Just for 2 meals, it was $41.00. Well, we paid for the convenience for ok food.

I like the fact the teriyaki sauce isn't too sweet. The chicken is tasty and my nephew -who is a picky eater- ate the meal without fuss. He isn't big on the veggies, but I managed to get some in the plate and can only hope a straggler or two makes it in to his mouth without him knowing.

Over priced for small portions. The mea was sitting on bed of cabbage. Spent $18 for a fried rice with cabbage and chicken teriyaki + shrimp and a drink. Will be m first and last time here.

Lack of food safety concern and sanitation is absolutely disgusting. My chicken tasted like fish, my fiance's shrimp tasted like "old fish" and I have a headache from an upset stomach. The management wants to claim because of COVID they cannot provide a refund which doesn't make sense as freshness of the food is not determined by COVID.

This place will be a never return for me. I am about the small things for businesses. This place is the king of ripping you for every dollar. Stand in front of their establishment and look at it. Everything, that should be free at a small restaurant is not free. Chopsticks are 50 cents, a cup of ice is $2.50. A refill on a styrofoam soda (that is filled with ice by the clerk) is $1. The owner of this establishment does not know how to make people want to come back. The food is okay, I prefer Sarku Japan.

Honestly the cheapest establishment on earth and not in an inexpensive way. The food is not nearly as good as a Sarkura that you would find in the mall, the portions are smaller and the boba is very watery. But the worst part, is if you order 2 boba drinks, or 3 teriyaki chicken meals for $50... they won't even give you an extra cup or plate to share within your group / family! In comparison... my cousin only bought a coke at Charley's Philly Steaks which is right next to it and they gave us 2 extra cups to share with for a $2 drink. To top it off, my daughter spilled her boba immediately when purchasing and they saw and we asked if it was possible to get another, NOPE! Lol my father and law ended up buying her another $6 boba but lordddddd. Just stay awayyyyy. Greedy business

Terrible food, terrible service, and overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend going here. Go anywhere else if possible.
