I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions in the last couple weeks. I'd be interested in a product I saw on social media, I'd look it up in the Ulta app and it would confirm that they had it in the store, and I'd get there and it's not there. Today I went in looking for brand new Mac lip liner that the website said was AVAILABLE IN STORE YESTERDAY and the girl said that it may have arrived on the truck today and to check back on Friday. For the most part the staff are super friendly and helpful but it's super irritating to see that the website says it is available in that store and it never being there. 3 separate occasions is crazy.

I came to ask some questions about some products and hopefully find a new foundation to add to my collection..BUT, there were probably 5-7 employees in the building, maybe 3 customers.. and not a single person came over to me, or even acknowledged that I had entered the building. There were 4, and yes I do mean 4, employees helping one single customer at the register.AND when I finally got fed up from standing in one spot and looking over at all the employees (who definitely saw me looking at them), I go to walk out, and a lady said "have a good one!"I didn't even think that lady worked there, she was carrying on with another lady chit chatting about god knows what but it wasn't related to this store at all.I came in the first time, and the lady was pretty nice and showed me a couple products. Although, it seemed like they didn't really know how to recommend products for different skin types. I ended up going with a Fenty concealer that honestly looks awful on me. I am so disappointed in Ulta. We finally have a nice store and they immediately followed suit with everything in Elizabeth city...lazy.
