Udder Chaos Farm

I found Udder Chaos, a family-owned farm, at a local farmers market, and I could see why they had a constant flow of patrons checking them out!They had a generous selection of items: steaks (ribeye, t-bone, porterhouse, NY strip, sirloin, filet mignon, hangar/flank, skirt/flatiron), beef heart/tongue/liver, marrow bones, oxtails, brisket, and short ribs; ground beef, beef patties, roast (chuck, sirloin, rump, and bottom round), London broil, tri-tip; pork (tenderloin, bacon, bone-in pork chops, St. Louis ribs, smoked ham hocks, and Boston butts); there were also smoked and regular sausages!I know that the next time, I'll bring a cooler so I can stock up on their oxtails and pick up some steaks!The staff here was super friendly and welcoming, and, if you're lucky, they have some samples for you to try (they had juicy sausages when we were there).Support this local farm!+friendly owners!+farm-raised meats+makes appearances at local farmers markets
