Tuk Tuk Thai

The food was very fresh and delicious. The portion size was huge; my mom and I could have split a meal! We ordered the veggie and chicken tuk tuk Thai fried rice dishes. The iced tea lemonade was very very good as well; I highly recommend it. Not too sweet and very refreshing. The service was quick and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. I would definitely return to try other dishes. Very spacious interior. Parking lot is kind of small but adequate enough for the size of the restaurant.

We LOVE the food here, fresh delicious. Generous servings! Clean Restaurant Friendly service, not sure why it is not packed every night there! EC best kept secret maybe! Our new go to spot! We will be regulars!

Tried this place and was not disappointed! Friendly staff, food came out quickly and was delicious! Large servings too! We ordered an appetizer sampler and got so full we could barely eat our entree's lol. Very clean, quiet restaurant cutely decorated. We will definitely be eating here again.

Had a great meal with my wife Melissa. She had chicken pad thai while I had the chicken pad woon sen. Both dishes were delicious. Plenty of glass noodles and vegetables. Spiced perfectly. Plenty of food per order. Very satisfying. We each had an appetizer. Melissa had steamed dumplings which were very light and tasty. I ordered the gyoza which were also light and very flavorful. Was disappointed they were out of the fishcakes . Maybe next visit. It was pretty warm in restaurant which gave off that Thailand hot n humid vibes. So the ambiance was spot on lol. Will definitely return in future to try other dishes.

Today was the 1st time I tried this restaurant, and it was the best and most flavorful Thai food I have ever eaten. This will be my go-to from here on out. Reasonable price and a large serving size.

Finally tried Tuk Tuk Thai. The flavors were good and no real issues there. We started with the shrimp and pork wontons which had a decent flavor but had a small amount of meat inside making it mostly an air pocket of wonton. The chili sauce with it was sweet and pretty perfect. When I ordered my yellow curry I was informed it didn't come with rice which is odd for American Thai restaurants and seems a way to kinda nickel and dime customers especially bc the side you pay for is rather small. The curry entree was a pretty decent bowl and the flavors were nice. The potatoes were a little undercooked but the curry sauce was great. Considering the lack of rice with the meal without specifically ordering it, I think it could have had more potatoes and carrots. My little guy had the kids chicken satay and loved the chicken and the peanut sauce immensely. The waitress was nice and attentive. The room was simple but clean. All in all it was a solid meal.

Yall! 5 stars doesn't go out easily for me but this place is a gem! It is fancy, no. In fact you may drive right past the place if you wernt looking for it. But it's one of those hidden gem spots with absolutely incredible food. We got the Chicken Satay appetizer. The peanut sauce that came with it was on point! We got 3 items to share, Red Chicken Curry, Coconut chicken soup and Drunken Noodles. Legit all three were so friggen good! The depth of flavors is on point. My husband asked for his to be Thai hot and it wasn't but they never really believe he means it. It likes it to be hotter than Thai hot. He puts Thai peppers on every meal, I am not joking. So luckily they give you the spice rack you can spice it up yourself. The Chili oil is so freaking good and has fried garlic crunch in it! Literally everything was wonderful. The server was so sweet. The owners daughter I'm guessing even came to take our drink order and actually gave my husband tips on her favorite items. We have added this place to our list favorites in NC!!!

I'm glad that my husband and I decided to try this Thai restaurant because we love Thai food and we always go to Thai restaurants in Virginia So first we weren't sure if the food here are good or not because we didn't know the area But We are impressed that The food were really really good And the people who work there are so nice!!! Definitely thumbs up And recommended

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this Thai restaurant! I was sitting at the red light and there it was. I saw it only had a few reviews but was craving Thai. This place should have high 4's. I got the garlic pepper chicken. It was excellent. The chicken was high quality. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. The rice was cooked well. The inside is very clean. The staff is very polite and you can tell the owner knows his clients well. This is a great find just outside the downtown area.
