Great prices but I'm disappointed in the follow through. Prices for oil changes range from 20s to 30s (depending on the oil). Service is by reservation only. They stay pretty busy, and walk ins aren't an option. So my appointment was at 1. I show up and they take my vehicle right back. There is a waiting room that has a tv and magazines. In was very clean. I would have given more stars but there were oil hand prints all over my explorer. The hood wasn't closed all the way and we got a mile down the road and I had to pull over to latch it shut. Everyone seems very polite but I was very upset about the oil prints as my explorer is white and we just washed it today. I would recommend a little more attention to detail. One good thing is if they do not have a specific oil, you can request it in advance and they will track it down.

If you are looking for car repair or a state inspection keep looking don't stop here. Had an upcoming state inspection on my GMC pick up and needed a new water pump on our H3. So I called ahead and also ordered 2 new tires for each vehicle. When H3 was worked on to install the new water pump the mechanic hit the radiator so hard it got a leak. When we got it home I smelled antifreeze and opened the hood. Green antifreeze was all over the engine compartment. I looked all over for the leak, could not find it. Call TAC and took the H3 back in. The mechanic (Tim) found the leak right a way. He could not deny that pressure on one side of radiator would push it into the frame of the vehicle and cut a 4 to 5 inch line in the radiator. TAC agreed to replace the radiator. It took 3 days to get it back ( had to wait for parts ) got home and smelled antifreeze again. This time I found it myself. Radiator cap was leaking. Was told new radiator does not come with new cap will have to buy one. One week of my life gone because I stopped in. Now part 2 the GMC pick up. This will be easy, state inspection and 2 new tires. New tires will be mounted on the rear. You got it the new tires were installed on the front. OK not so bad but 2 days later my front break caliber bolt was missing and I had no breaks! Will not go back! Did all this happen because they are honest or because they are crooks? Me vote is they are not honest!!

Will not go back. Took both our vehicles there - had issues with both. Had a oil change and inspection done on our VW and it started leaking when we got it home. Drain plug was cross threaded so bad we had to replace the drain pan. Vehicle #2, had fluids changed on our truck before a trip.... Transmission started slipping a few hours into our trip...long story short.... . It did not have enough transmission fluid. Transmission has never been the same since. Simple maintenance ended up costing us thousands at the dealership to get repaired. Will not return.

Spent almost $1000 for two items for my truck and $150 for 1-1/2 hours labor. Installer put running boards on backwards. I had to drive back 60 miles for the correction. I asked Michelle Price for $75 back and she refused. Offered me $20 but I wanted the whole $75 as I drove far and her employees screwed up. Had surgery recently and did not feel comfortable driving there but felt more uncomfortable getting on running boards to drive locally that were not padded. Stay away from her and her business. She tried overcharging on labor to being with until I corrected her.

TAC RV Moyock NCI purchased a Travel Trailer from TAC RV toward the end of January 2017 . About a month later I discovered Rott that had been hidden under new linoleum and is behind a front corner cabinet.(I don't know who installed the new linoleum). I called my salesmen at TAC RV He told me bring it in for their service department to look at. While looking at trailers my salesman had told me that they inspect the trailers they sell and won't sell them if they have anything wrong. Dropped the trailer off Monday morning 2/26, showed my salesman John the soft spots / holes in the floor. He said the service department would take care of it, had me park it in the middle of the lot in front of the service center door. The service center manager should be calling me. TAC RV service called the evening of 2/28/18 saying the trailer was repaired. I went to pick it up on 3/1/18. I found they repaired the hole in the floor but did not replace the rotten floor along the wall behind the hole or fix the soft area in front of the bathroom. The service manager said they repaired what sales authorized them to repair.John the salesman said that the hole was all they were going to repair because that's all I said when I first called him. Even though when I dropped off the trailer I took John in the trailer and showed him the soft spots in the floor. So I now know that TAC RV in Moyoc is not an honest dealership. They use deceptive sales practices(lied when he said all trade ins are inspected very well before they are accepted and that they wouldn't let a trailer with something wrong leave the lot.)So don't make the mistake I did by trusting the salemen at TAC. They will lie to sale an RV. and they do not stand behind what they sell.

Broke down right at this place, had no choice but go here so I was nervous. As soon as they opened up they took us right in, got us back on the road in a little over an hour. Tim Boyce reassured me he would get our Dodge pick up back running again, put my reservations at ease. Can't thank them enough. Great job all!
