My mother and I planned a trip with Travel Pros help to visit some National Parks out West. We were overcharged for hotel rooms by their booking agency, and when we raised a complaint were told that there was nothing that could be done about it. Also, we had several snags with our reservations that were made. When we called the only number we had to correct the issue, we were talking to people in London who could do nothing but pass a message along to the people in New York in the morning. Once again, we were not compensated for any of these troubles.We were recommended to try Travel Pros, but will never recommend them to friends or family. Next time we will either plan the vacation on our own or through the travel agents at AAA. We were HIGHLY disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about this business. We have used them for years to book our corporate travel and I have recently started reaching out to them for my personal travel needs. I have realized that trying to find the best deals on line is a hopeless ordeal. Travel Pros always finds me a better rate. Plus their service is stellar. I have been on travel in West Africa and was able to reach Jen after hours to assist with an issue and she resolved it without delay and with a cheerful disposition. Great prices and great service. What else could you Want? Even though i've enjoyed keeping Travel Pros as my own personal travel booking secret I guess its time to spread the word. I give Travel Pros my highest recommendation.

Listen, this experience was horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. This is my first time working with a travel agent and going out of the country. And even if this wasn't my first time I expected to be educated and made to feel like things were taken care of. There was a miscommunication regarding flights. When I presented questions and concerns the representative named Jenn was extremely rude and seemed to take my concerns as a personal attack. When I explained that there must have been a miscommunication and requested she educate me on the process she told me that there was no miscommunication and that I was the one at fault. After multiple back and forth communications and the rude nature of her responses, I did not feel confident in trusting my travel goals to Jenn based on her emotional responses. I asked to work with another member of her team, however my request was not honored. Her professionalism was deficient and it seemed she did not care. I am not sure what was wrong with Jenn but this whole experience was baffling and I am still confused. The level of customer service I received was non existent. I would not place my trust in this agency.

Jenn at this place is GREAT!! I planned what I thought was a pretty convoluted trip. 2 wks in Europe, we flew from Norfolk to Dulles to Belgium, with a rental car. We spent 4 days in a hotel, and then drove to Rotterdam, Netherlands. There we stayed with relatives and after 4 days we drove to Amsterdam, stayed overnight in Amsterdam and then flew to Barcelona. Here we got another hotel for five days. While we Barcelona, we were never bored, we had bus passes. etc, that allowed us to travel around the city freely. Then fly back to Norfolk via Dulles. All set up, booked and coordinated by Jenn. It was great everything was EXACTLY when and where she said it would be. This is way the rating of 3.5 baffles me.

I have Booked 6 Vacations over the last few years with Travel Pros, and all I can say is that Jennifer held my hand through every aspect of each vacation. The best part about using a travel agent is that they are paid by the tour companies or resort, therefore it is a free service to use and you always have someone local to call for any questions. I once missed my connecting flight coming home from a trip, I called Travel Pros, they found me another flight within minutes and got me and my family back home in time for a scheduled meeting on time. I tell all my friend about Travel Pros, and several have either already booked a family vacation with Jennifer. Thank you Travel Pros, I wish all companies had the same customer service you guys have.

ZERO STARS. First time I have ever been compelled to write a review for anything online. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. 4 phone calls and 2 emails over the course of 2 weeks and I could not get this people to take my money. No travel agent or manager ever available to speak to, receptionists just keep recommending to send more emails or to leave a message for someone to get back to me (which they never did)... and they speak to you like a robot. Fingers crossed these amateurs go out of business. I'll be posting this review anywhere and everywhere possible. Don't waste your time.

I'm sorry Jen that I didn't write this until now. I want to thank you for all of your help in getting our wedding/honeymoon rescheduled. I know it was tough getting everyone rescheduled so no one had to pay anything more, but you did it and I am going to tell everyone that if they don't call you to book their vacations, that they are stupid!!!! I called and left message with receptionist. I was told I would receive a call back shortly. No call. I called the next day and was placed on hold for a while. Not going to contact again. A shame as we live nearby and have several trips to plan.
