With the meal plan, this is one of the best meals in the park! Almost everything is above par for amusement park food. It was impressive. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE DINING PLAN. Otherwise a meal for 2 people here will run you $80 easily.

This is a must have when visiting Busch Gardens they have a very plentiful sampler platter it has brisket bbq chicken and ribs as well as fries and a roll The desserts here a basic cupcakes and pie but occasionally they get a delicious apple cobbler The meal costs 25$ but is enough for at least two people Hot tip is get the all day dining pass this stop alone is almost 50$ for a drink dessert and entree If you catch a Black Friday deal you can snag food deals for 30$ The seating is awesome here you have a heated area that is covered and the staff are very nice here

We came here for lunch while in Busch Gardens. The smokehouse is a wonderful place to eat while at the park. The portions are large and the meats are flavorful! It's a cafeteria styled ordering system. You move down the line and grab what you want and put it on your tray. They offer fresh fruits, various cakes, a cast iron apple cobbler, salads, beans, slaws, Mac & cheese, etc. The entrees include a 3 meat sampler with brisket, ribs, and chicken. You can also order a plate with the meats individually. They also offer a smoked salmon platter. The platters are all served with fries and a roll, the salmon comes with green beans, fries, and a roll. We had and all day dining deal, allowing each of us to get an entree, drink, side or dessert every 90 minutes. My sister and I opted for the sampler platter, while my mom ordered the salmon platter with a side of coleslaw. I split the strawberry cake with my mom, while my sister ordered a chocolate cupcake. We all enjoyed our meals. The meat was all juicy, with so much flavor. The fries were amazing too! The cakes were decent, nothing too special. But they weren't really heavy, which was nice. It was so much food, we didn't finish all the fries, but we did eat all the meat. Overall we had a great meal here. The portions are HUGE. And two people could easily split one entree. We returned later on during our second day for a snack. Ordering some watermelon, coleslaw, and the apple cobbler. This also satisfied us. The fruit was really fresh, the slaw was crisp, and the cobbler was so warm and ooey-gooey perfection! I would recommend eating here while in the park!

I kind of want to give this a 2.5 but that's not an option.Welcome to Busch Garden's BBQ cafeteria. Let's start by mentioning that this is, by far, the best of the full meal dining options in the park. That is by no means an endorsement that this is great food because it isn't. It is simply OK overall which is more than you can say about the other park eateries. It is a cafeteria in every sense of the word. You will go through a line to choose what you want and pull it off the line. There are a selection of salads, desserts, sides and entrees, each offered a la carte (other than fries and yeast roll which come with each entree). Service on the line is perfunctory at best--all of the warmth and excitement of what one might imagine you would get in the chow hall of any minimum security prison. One saving grace was the pleasant person who rang us up who told us about a new AAA discount if you spend more than $30. Saved us a little bit of scratch. But we are not here about the service, we are here about the food. As you will note in the photo, my tray had the sampler platter of ribs, chicken and brisket (in the tin foil), the provided fries, and additional side of mac and cheese. The yeast roll is not visible since I ate it before I took the photo, but the sugar cookies for dessert are.Let's start with the platter. The chicken is the best of the bunch. It is moist and has a nice smoky flavor. A solid option and worth doing the chicken plate standalone in the future. The ribs are fatty and untrimmed without much flavor. Even the mediocre ribs at Chili's are better than this. The brisket is a total miss. 3-4 thin lean slices in tinfoil that are dry and flavorless. Not even slathering them with the food-service BBQ sauce helps. The fries are OK--actually better than expected since they are not straight from the fryer--and even better dipped in the generic BBQ sauce, so ask for extra sauce. Yeast roll was solid. The platter is overpriced at $25.99 but edible so therefore better than most entrees in this park. Then came the mac and cheese. This may be the single most repulsive item at Busch Gardens. This may be the single most repulsive item I have ever eaten. it doesn't look terrible when you see it, but it is absolutely disgusting. I ate a second bite to confirm that this was some sort of punishment for a crime I don't recall committing, and my wife tried it too. It is like someone mixed it with heavily dressed salad or dumped a ton of ranch dressing in it. It was completely vile and I will be dealing with the trauma of this having entered my body for years to come. And $6.99 for this nightmare? Someone needs to be fired over this. Finally the cookies were pretty solid. Not amazing. But competent. Like an apology for the mac and cheese. Not sure they are worth $6.99 but they are not bad.Seating is outdoors during the summer and in a heated tent during the winter. No one is going to confuse this for elegance.

Ehhh not bad, they do give you A LOT of food for $26 but it's alright. It's not the worst thing I've had but not the best. It's cafeteria style and there's some seating outside with umbrellas. It's not a nice sit down and dine kinda spot. However they did give you decent brisket and ribs. The chicken was good too. I forgot to take a pic of the food cause I was super hungry but it was overall not bad.

Covid closed BG, voiding admission and all-season dining passes aka kids' Christmas gifts. Thankfully, BG hosted 1000 max visitor days in Aug with Trapper's being the only meal in town. Granted, it is high cost and average quality park food, convenience over quality. IMO Food was better than last trip in Dec 2019. Smokey flavor and moist/tender texture of items on sampler, chicken/ribs/brisket, were pretty good. I DON'T LIKE their bbq sauce. I'm praying BG calls Sweet Baby Rays when reopening for real. HahaThis time, we ate sides and desserts, thanks to the kind gesture from guest services (Michelle?). Green beans were meh, mac n cheese was good but a very small portion. Carrot cake was moist, sweet and very good (4/5) while the chocolate pudding with cookie crumble topping was forgettable. Overall, not a bad choice, especially when it's the only dining hall open.

The most decent meal I've had so far at Busch Gardens. It's expensive to what you get but smoke or bbq chicken is decent here. The chicken was my favorite, it was flavorful. The coleslaw is good too. The very small thin brisket is actually tender but I guess because it's so thin. The ribs had no flavorful, it's small and not very meaty.I love the pickle here tho bc it's the kosher dill sour kind. Yum!

The food was not bad. Good portions and is was fresh and hot. My son-in-law has Celiac and a young worker, Antonio, was amazing to help us get him fresh French fries from a GF fryer. All the workers were kind and helpful. They could have used more heated outdoor seating. It was during Christmas Town and an extra tent would have been perfect.
