How can you go wrong with shrimp tempura? The sauce was a little bland for me. It would have been nice if the sauce was kinda sweet.
Chicken teriyaki, where's the sauce? Chicken was dry.

This is my second time to this sushi spot and both visits were excellent. High quality. Great flavor. Wait staff was amazing and patient. Answered all of our questions. Got our food fast. Amazing service. The restaurant itself was clean and organized. Can't wait to come back.

Oh man, you know what I'm about to say: excellent. We come here all the time. The staff is so great they ask where we have been if we miss a visit. They care about the food and it shows in their quality and presentation. You have to make this a regular event!

This is the best Japanese food within 30 miles of Elisabeth city, easy. The staff is always very helpful. The restaurant is always clean and take out is consistently above par. The sushi and hibachi are the best around.

Delicious fresh tasting sushi in a pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing. We had a comfortable table. Everything was just excellent. I had a variety of sushi rolls (old school), they were all delicious. Perfect fish to rice ratio. Hubby had chicken stir fry combo and he loved it. Other friend had various rolls and she loved them. All in all a home run.

This place is the crown jewel of elizabeth city. The best food in the city. The place is classy and has a good ambiance to it! The people there get to know you after a while and become like family and thats what makes the service so good. I cant always go there as it is high end so you have to pay a bit more but thats what you get for good quality food.

Elizabeth City is one of the few places that I would expect to find a decent sushi restaurant. Traveling for work so I ordered chirashi sushi take-out online for pickup. Ordering process was very easy to navigate and app was great at keeping me posted on the progress of my order. Order was ready when I got there. It was a pretty generous portion size served with miso soup and 2 containers of soy sauce. The quality was decent with generous pieces of decent quality sashimi (tuna, shrimp, mackerel, salmon, white tuna, yellowtail, kani & octopus). The tamago (egg omelet) seemed frozen because it was a bit spongy & waterlogged. This was served on a generous bed of rice sprinkled with furikake. Definitely not the best sushi I've had but is pretty decent still.
