The cutest thing ever, she ran up from the audience and started waving at the dragon. What a cutie!

I came here on a Friday around lunch time. It was very quiet and peaceful. They have a little splash pad by the water and it was so much fun to play in with the summer heat. The park is very clean and kept up with. This is a wonderful place to come for a walk, run, picnic or to simply clear your mind.I will definitely be returning.

The new Summer season of outdoor music is in full swing. Towne Bank Fountain Park is a tiny oasis in an otherwise hectic downtown Norfolk. All events I've attended are family friendly and free to the community. I probably over the years have attended dozens. The location is in between Waterside and Town Point Park. Parking is by off street meter or pay garage. Chairs, tables and umbrellas are provided during events. Throughout the week the park is often used for those working in downtown Norfolk to enjoy a lunch. My biggest issue is debris. Trash cans are provided nearby. The fountains are cool affect, but not always turned on. The grassy area is nice to let the kids run around.I am posting the schedule through the Fall of 2019 and encourage you to check one out. Enjoy this small gem off the water.

Came down to see the 12th annual Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, but what a great little park. Well kept, clean, a great place to put your feet up with a good view of the waterfront, right in the heart of Waterside District. This review is mainly based on the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival: it's always such a pleasure to see different cultures, traditions and cuisine - so when you mix all three together and put on a show, it's always a good thing and very much welcomed. The dancing was fantastic, well done to all those involved; the crowd were very impressed with the main event. What's more, the event was free and open to the public.

Great place to sit and relax your feet. There are a few tables and chairs throughout. Some with umbrella cover. There are a few bean bag board tossing games on the left side of the park for your party to be entertained by.

Most everyone knows about Town Point Park for the special events, outdoor concerts and festivals. But if you have kids, you'll want to make it one of your regular stops when the weather is nice. I took my 7-year-old nephew to the water fountains, and they were a huge hit! The fountains are a recent addition to the park. They are the kind you can run through as they squirt up from the ground in a random pattern. There are very nice lounge chairs and umbrellas so you can sit in the shade while the kids play. Next to the fountains, there are some green spaces and yard games out for all to enjoy: hula hoops, corn hole, and the like. All of the equipment is new and in good condition. There's also a cafe if you want to pick up lunch or some concessions. It's not very often you find a free activity for kids that can entertain them for hours. This park made me a a very popular aunt!
