Top's China Restaurant

Everything is pretty good here, especially the steamed dumplings, chicken and beef teriyaki. We have been coming here for years. Everyone is super nice. They are really fast too.

Top's China is a go-to for our crew lately. My co-workers have liked everything they get here. I finally tried the veg fried rice. It was ready in no time, piping hot and hit the spot. The girl working was friendly and sweet. I'm excited to expand my review by ordering more items next time around.

We've been stopping by most sundays to pick up dinner on our way home. My called in order is always ready- I call about 15 minutes away and it's always ready Friendly people and I feel welcome. Good portions so that my wife and I can share

I really wated to like it. They are getting top dollar for the food they are selling. The problem is they are selling old food. I had fried rice that had to have been in their refrigerator for at least a week. I should have asked them to try it themselves. It was inedible and disgusting.

The dumplings are awesome & the dumpling sauce is even better! Always fresh and delicious! Friendly family and talented chef! Chinese donuts are a yummy treat.

Staff and food are consistently good. They're friendly, the food is always ready on time, and it's good. We usually get the lo mein, general Tso's chicken, and chicken and broccoli, and soups, dumplings, and egg rolls. Everything we've tried has been good. We've been eating at Top's China for four years now and will continue to do so.

Everything is yummy. They have really improved on quality & tastes. Give Toos China another chance if you haven't been in a couple years. You'll see the difference!

I will NEVER go to this restaurant ever again in life and I have been a faithful customer pretty much since they opened but after the behavior and fearing that the guy was about to put his hands on me over some STUPID VEGETABLES they have TRULY lost a customer. I called in an order of general toes combo NO Vegetables like I always do and the heavy set guy with glasses took my order n called it back to me not once but twice only for me to get there, he say may I help u and I say I'm here to pick up my order of general toes no vegetables. He rolls his eyes n says no u did not say no vegetables, I say yes I did n u repeated my order twice. He continues to say no u did not say no vegetables as the young lady comes up to see what the problem was and he begins to tell her in their language, she tells me it's no problem she will fix it for me, I say thank you n he continues to go off on me, so the more he goes off they r fussing at him, I tell him what he is doing is not good customer service n dnt even worry bout it I have nothing else to say to him, she says she will fix my order n she is the only one i have anything else to say to. By this point i guess he is pissed because they r willing to fix my order n he is wrong so he tells me no u get the fuck out n get out now, this is my restaurant n I want you out now. I say I have been coming here pretty much since they have opened n have never been talked to like that, he then proceeds to NOW come around the counter at me n is almost in my face like he is going to put his hands on me. I told him if he even tried to put his hands on me he will regret it, he shoos me n tells me I didnt say no vegetables and he wanted me out his store now n never come back. All in all ALL this drama n I now feel threatened n made a call to the police who informed me that since he did not put his hands on me it was nothing I could do but place this on here n social media as well as contact the better business bureau (which I will be doing tomorrow)I just can not believe this happened in lil ol west point but they have really lost a faithful customer.

The food was over cooked and cold. I've been to many Chinese places... this is just about the worst one I've ever been to.

Chicken and broccoli is pretty good as is the cashew chicken and wonton soup. Stay away from the beef dishes as the beef is very fatty. Service is good and fast. Best (only) Chinese place in West Point.
