I was loI had an amazing experience at Tipsy Beans while visiting from out of town on military orders! I was looking for a great brunch spot, and this place did not disappoint. As someone from New York with high brunch standards, I was beyond impressed. The food, service, drinks, and atmosphere were all top-notch.A special shoutout to Jeesie for providing such attentive service - you made the experience even better! The Catfish and grits was exceptional - definitely a standout dish.If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by for the Catfish. And definitely ask for Jeesie - you won't be disappointed! Thanks for the wonderful experience, Tipsy Beans!

This is a cute little cafe and a great find. The coffee is what caught my attention on Yelp. They have so many fancy flavors and syrups to chose from. They also have a full menu of delicious meals including breakfast and lunch entrees. My BLTA was so good!! My mom got the club sandwich. Both were delicious.

I visited Tipsy Bean Cafe with a friend after checking out reviews. The cafe is small in size, but it does offer outdoor seating. The cafe has exceptional customer service and creative menu items, which were the highlights of my visit. I ordered the Smoked Salmon bagel with home fries. I enjoyed the bagel, although next time I will ordered it without red onions. The onions were a little overpowering for me. The home fries are worth checking out the cafe all themselves. They are crispy and are seasoned to perfection. The cafe is known for its "tipsy" lattes. I didn't order one during my visit, but I'll be sure to try it out next time. Overall, Tipsy Bean Cafe is a great place to visit when in Williamsburg, Va.

Great place with fresh and interesting food. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Smaller place, so be prepared for a little wait at prime times (weekend Brunch especially!).

Loveeee Tipsy Beans for their lattes and I always have to make a stop when I'm passing through! My go to is the S'mores latte however they have a couple of other fun flavors that are probably good as well. On my last trip I finally decided to try their food. I had the catfish breakfast which came with eggs and grits. The eggs were pretty standard, the grits deliciously creamy and the catfish?! Cooked and seasoned to perfection! My only gripe is that they gave me the smallest catfish filet in the land and only gave me ONE. For $15 I'd expect much more, especially for catfish lol. Part of me wished it tasted bad so I wouldn't be mad about it lol. Not sure if this is standard or a mistake but definitely worth mentioning!

Fast service on this cold day by an accommodating lady who took our drink orders, black coffee for hubby and lemon ginger with a side of honey for me while we perused the menu that included breakfast and lunch items. We had attempted to dine here before but it was on a sunny day and the wait was painfully long, like an hour's worth so we went elsewhere but today we got to enjoy this place which was really clean for all the foot traffic that it receives. We chose the table in the back, away from the front door because every time that door opened-brrr! I got the crabcake sandwich which came with potato wedges, ordered my hollandaise on the side. Hubby got the burger with fries aka hangover special. He was able to get a rare burger which is a treat for him, also with potato wedges. Pleased so will return.

My partners barber recommended this restaurant, we are located in Virginia Beach so it took us about an hour to get there. Must I say that the restaurant did not disappoint. Their menu was full of breakfast and lunch menu items we ordered both the drinks were good and the service was pleasing. Small place but comforting. I would have my partner drive the hour again.

Over a year ago, Sophia and I stopped for breakfast at a little spot located in Williamsburg. Both of us enjoyed our coffee selection along with our breakfast meal. We decided to come on back and give it another go.Walking inside, there was a nice crowd already in place, but not overwhelming at all. We immediately got seated and served right away by a waitress placing our orders. I selected an iced white raspberry chocolate latte for liquids and fried catfish Southern breakfast for my meal with scrambled eggs substituted for stone ground grits. Everything was truly delicious. The latte was mixed very well and strong enough to get the morning going. You can't complain with coffee like this, and it wasn't too sweet either. The breakfast meal had yours truly full. It has been a minute since I last had catfish, and I can tell you they cooked this one perfectly. The home fries, eggs and toast were great compliments. Sophia had the same meal and even said this was the best catfish she's ever had. No joke!Just like the last time, this visit was perfect. Great service and great food. You know we'll be back the next time we're in the area. Till next time :)

I finally got here after work at a decent enough hour to grab some coffee and breakfast. I've been here a few times, but usually later in the afternoon or evening times. Since it's so early, I thought I'd do breakfast.Today's coffee is Cheat Treat, apparently named because it's made with peanut butter, caramel and hazelnut- all sugar free. It's hot and tasty. For breakfast, I ordered the boozy French toast. It's ok, nothing to shout about. At least not until a gnat took a dive bomb right into my whipped cream. Immediately lost my appetite. And the waiter only offers a measly apology. I'm sorry, but for $14 to only eat half the entree I would have expected some discount or comp. The gnats, from what my waiter said, "bug them, too" but come on. That is disgusting. And they're all over the bar counter. I seriously hope management reads this review and does something, because the gnats just make it a gross experience.

What a great place! Everyone was so friendly. There isn't a lot of seating, but we got the last table outside. Nice and shady! Our server Christine was super friendly and offered some suggestions. The coffee and food was great. My hamburger was very moist and flavorful. Smaller portion size than expected, but just enough. Patty was thin vs. thick. I ordered medium well and I would say it was more medium. Sweet potato fries were yummy! I had a cold brew with sugar free raspberry syrup-a little too much for me, so maybe go lighter on the pumps. My husband's caramel macchiato was delicious! It was super sweet though! Will definitely go back. Huge menu of food and a lot of lattes. Would love to see them expand when the place next door closes. More seating would be great!
