A Canadian treasure in the 757 is here. Its Brand new store now open in Norfolk. The Service was fast and courteous. There's a drive-thru service available. Curbside pickup is available too because of social distancing measures. I had a perfect experience here. The food and drinks tasted just like Canada's & the store was well decorative and really clean which gave a beautiful ambiance.Don't forget to scan your Tim Rewards to collect points on your purchase.

One register, cashier in training, app not working... great first impression. On the bright side, the sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant and one biscuit, was good.

I recently visited the new Tim Hortons in Norfolk, and overall, it was an okay experience. I tried the egg bites, which were delightfully fluffy and light on the tummy--definitely a great choice for a quick bite!I also indulged in the crème brûlée latte, which was quite good, but I did notice that once it got cold, the cream started to separate and clump, so be cautious about that if you take your time sipping. Despite a few minor hiccups, I'd consider returning to explore more of their menu!

Being new, you'd expect some slowness in operations. Long drive thru line and long inside line. There's seating for approx 40 ppl, with combination of 8 ppl table and cafe seating for two, group arm chair seating for 4; light through large floor to ceiling windows. Price is reasonable (31 cents per donut hole), iced medium caramel macchiato is about $2.20 pre tax. Our order came in item by item. We ordered: lunch (chicken and cheddar cheese) melts, beef sausage burritos, crueller, 10 piece timbites (donut holes). Crueller had uncooked dough portions, the lunch melt did NOT have chicken in it as advertised.

Excited we officially have a Tim Hortons now!!! When we go to Canada this is a go to spot for the ice capp and crullers and now it's closer to home. We came to visit around 11ish on a holiday (Monday) and the parking lot was full and the line was long. Wait time was about 10mins. There was only one register taking orders. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a dz donuts and 2 ice capps. I also ordered timbits but was told they didn't have any but I saw the person behind me leave with a little box of them. I was thinking did I order them wrong? Should I have said donut holes? SMH. At any rate our order didn't take long to come out and everything was delicious and just how I remember them, although Canada does have a lot more flavors compared to this location but not sure if it's because this is still new and during soft opening. I'll have to check back again later. Inside was open, bright and clean. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The drive thru line was long but they had a lot of people working in the back to help. We will be sure to drop by especially before or after our trips to Costco which is right down the street from Tim's.

As a long-time fan of trying new coffee shops and cafes, I recently had the chance to visit the brand new Tim Hortons in Norfolk, VA. Having never tried this iconic Canadian chain before, I was eager to see what all the buzz was about. And I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.I decided to try a few different items to get a feel for the menu. The Strawberry Coconut Milk Refresher was refreshing, but a bit too sweet for my taste. Maybe I was expecting something closer to Starbucks' Pink Drink, but it leaned more on the sugary side. That said, it was still a light, fruity option and I'm looking forward to trying their coffee next time to see what else they offer. The Chocolate Glazed Timbits were a fun treat to try, though I found the icing a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. Personally, I prefer the munchkins from Dunkin' for a more balanced sweetness, but if you're a fan of decadent, sugary bites, these would be right up your alley. As for the Bacon Breakfast Burrito, I was impressed with the savory filling. The bacon was crispy, and the wrap itself was hearty, making for a satisfying breakfast option. It could easily become a regular choice for anyone on the go.One of the highlights of my visit was the affordable pricing. Tim Hortons offers solid value, with a wide variety of options at a reasonable price. It's refreshing to see a chain that doesn't break the bank.As for the café's atmosphere, the interior is spacious and welcoming, with ample seating and plenty of natural light streaming in from the windows. It has a modern, clean feel--though I did notice that a few tables could use a quick wipe down. But considering it's a brand-new location, I'm sure they'll iron out the kinks soon.Overall, I am still very pleased with this new spot! Tim Hortons is a great addition to the Norfolk scene. Whether you're stopping in for a quick breakfast or just grabbing a refreshing drink, it's a solid option with plenty of potential. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu in the future!

Actually have come here twice already, and left pretty satisfied both times! Tim's is still very very new as of the writing of this review, so the service is a bit slow as the workers are ironing out the kinks - understandable and not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. The seating area happened to be open today when I went, and the inside was clean (so far) and has plenty of seating. I got the matcha latte and spinach and feta egg pastry today, while last time I got the oreo ice cap, pastry again, and shared a few Tim Bits with my cousin who accompanied me that trip. I'll talk about all items from both trips below: Coffee - 4.5/5 was a Frappuccino-esque oreo coffee and it was pretty good! Could do without the whipped cream though because it was heavy for my tastePastry - 5/5 was supposed to get a ham and cheese pastry but they ran out, so they offered a spinach and feta one instead, and it turned out super tasty! The warmth and flakiness was soo good, but I just wished it had a bit more fillingDoughnut holes - 3/5 got an assortment of originals, chocolate, and sprinkled; had the original first and was caught off guard about the taste, tasted almost like maple syrup, which was fitting haha but didn't really like it personally. I was also a bit disappointed in the texture, i was expecting dough almost like Krispy Kreme lol. chocolate bit was marginally better, didn't have a chance to try the sprinkled oneMatcha latte (not pictured): 3/5 very standard matcha that you can expect from coffee places like this, nothing stood out to me but it was still enjoyable!Overall - 4/5, definitely need to come back to try other menu items, although I did wish they had poutine like the Canadian locations!

Due to the place recently opening the lines are non stop, but they were not ready for to receive these many people. The items for one order are coming out at different times, they are missing items. They have people coming up to the counter asking for missed items. The front desk cashier is chewing gum, has a bonnet on, and was rubbing her belly while attending a customer I could see her butterfly tattoos. They are out of multiple items. The trash and are over filled. Waited about 15 min for our coffee but for the taste test my partner liked the caramel macchiato, my daughter liked her hot chocolate and I liked my caramel brûlée. With organization outside and on the line they have potential to be a good coffee spot. Until then expect for them to be out of a lot of items and wait long times for your items:

Haven't been to Tim Hortons in a long time when I lived in CT there were a few but they all closed up. I was really hoping this location would have Dell's Lemonade so sad no Dell's. Went thru the drive thru was excited the line wasn't long this morning, but guess what no vanilla cream filled donuts. So upset so I got the mini Tim's. The packaging is very cute. They offer a couple different minis there's birthday cake, chocolate glaze, glaze cake, and a regular glaze. I have to say these were not fresh today. The minis were very cold and the glazed one was not soft. I was not a fan. Sorry I did forget the photos! I will have to return and hopefully they will have vanilla cream filled donuts, and if not hopefully the mini Tim's will be fresh.

The donuts are very good. Fluffy. This place was not as expensive as other places. I tried the cinnamon sugar oat milk latte and it was good. My husband also had a latte, and we ordered a dozen donuts, which totaled $23 in total. We will definitely return.
