This is a kids paradise. Every time we visit my grandmother the kiddo begs to go here. He thinks he is going to win an Xbox. It doesn't matter that we own one, apparently wining one makes more sense. The game selection seems to hold his interest and drain my wallet. Just kidding. He really loves this place. It is clean and well- lit. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Almost every game we played was broken and we got jipped paying double the credit and not getting the tickets we should have gotten. The machine even spat out a portion of the ticket and the lady refused to exchange it with a full ticket because our card showed that we only played "one round" despite the card showing the spent credits. Though they have a decent amount of games going, there are better, well maintained arcades out there!

12-18-24 @ 7pm. Personal working here refused to provide refund for nonworking games. Three games in a row froze up and stopped working. I shouldn't have to report their broken games and ask for points back every few minutes. This place is a total rip off and the people who work here are unprofessional!

This palace is going to be a Huge No for me. Yes it's a local arcade. Gaming place for kids to use. But staffing need some serious help and customer service adjustment.First The A/C in the building was not working and hasn't been for months from what I was told. It was stifling hot on Saturday 15th.In addition to the terrible heat, Customer Service at the prize table could have been a lot better since I even had to speak to the Manager on Duty about the employee's behavior.Emailing the store was a waste of time.

Despite the name, nary a pinball machine. Fine...Perhaps I'll play some driving games with my friends. Think again: Networked machines do not sync up, so you can't play against them. Bunch of lame crane games to get tickets to get lame prizes. I think it might be passable for a birthday that was tightly choreographed, but it's not great.

Decided to go in to check Tilt Studio out to see how fun it would be with the family. I went in pretty early, like 45 mins after opening,therefore it was incredibly clean and I didn't have to wait in line for anything! I didn't stay for long as the food didn't really have much appeal like Dave n Busters has. Decently priced. Would have loved more enthusiastic employees especially being that this place is an arcade!

Manager is a complete tool bag. Spent money to get to 1000 ticket for and after getting to the goal the manager says "oh that's a mistake" and refuses to do anything about it. Typical punk ass kid manager, no customer service or tact. Screw that place, never again.

I usually don't make reviews but I just felt compelled to advise other families that might be looking to have a fun time. Wanted to share our experience. Having to hit a button for service in a place like this is strange, but when we did so, we were made to feel like a complete and utter inconvenience to the worker that came up front. Probably the rudest customer service I have probably ever experienced. It ruined the playful mood (it is a game place for families after all). We do not recommend and cannot comprehend how a gaming/ family geared business with such poor customer care stays in business honestly. It was seriously appalling.

I took my sister here for some fun, and all we got was broken machines. I dropped $20 for a play card and was met with a racing game that doesn't steer left, an air hockey table that only tracks points in one goal, another air hockey table missing a puck entirely, and other cheesy games. Maybe if they'd hire a tech instead of leaving an apparently fake job ad on Indeed it would be better.
