Tie Breakers

I have heard about this local favorite for some time. Finally decided to try it out at the Greenville Blvd location for Monday lunch.Checked out the menu, and wow! There are a LOT of options! Went with the ECU Burger (what else would one order for the first visit in the land of purple and gold?) It's what most places would call a Carolina Burger, with chili, slaw, red onions and cheddar cheese. I ordered it without the onions and a pasta salad as the side. It was brought to the table with a minimum wait.The burger only had the chili on it - no slaw or cheese. And since it was my first visit I didn't remember that it was supposed to have those items on it. Wonderfully juicy bites (napkins needed) and just enough spices in the chili.The pasta salad was disappointing as it included Florets of broccoli, which I didn't expect. That took up a good portion of the cups for the pasta salad.I can tell that this is a popular spot, based on the number of tables being served within the first hour of lunch service. I was a little disappointed with this visit, but with the menu selection, I look forward to giving the place another try.

Just popped in for a drink and to check the place out. It's nice in here. There is a bar at the back of the restaurant seperate from the dinning area. There are a ton of TV's everywhere so you won't miss any action with the game that you're watching. I'll have to come back and check their food out. Till next time....

service was fast and attentive. The burgers and onion rings were delicious. kudos for having home made onion rings. They are hard to find and these were well done with a nice, crunchy batter. Burgers were perfectly cooked - no ovredone cardboard here. Chili was flavorful. Absolutely nothing to criticize. Its a sports bar - ambience is what you would expect.

Only been here a couple of times. We went there at noon on a Saturday to watch Penn State vs SMU football playoff game. They were very accommodating placing us is front of the largest tv with sound on. We had bar food (chicken Philly and homemade chips. Food was good and reasonable.

The burgers,chips, and fries are always cold. The food seems to be batch cooked and slapped on a bun.

The food was terrible. I ordered the hamburger with fried green tomatoes. The tomatoes were so overcooked that you couldn't cut them The burger was overcooked & dry. My husband had the hangover & everything was also well, well ,well done. Will say that the server was great but we had to wait 45 minutes for our lunch. That wouldn't have been a problem if food was good. First & last time there for us.

Just left tiebreakers was the worst experience I've had dining in Greenville, terribly slow service, inattentive staff. The food was average at best, tasted like frozen fries and poorly made McDonald's. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

The food was amazing!!! Got some apps and burger. They were so freshly made. The restaurant had a great sports restaurant atmosphere at is enjoyable for the whole family!! 10/10 recommend this place

I'm a big fan of the food; cheesesticks, cheeseburger quesadilla, wings, etc. Typical sports bar and grill feel, but the best draw is Brooke behind the bar. She has a great mix of sweet and sassy and she can whip up a great drink. I look forward to seeing more of Brooke at the bar when my buds and I saddle up for some cold drinks, hot apps, and the big game.
