I have been a member here for a couple of months and I have mixed feelings sometimes. I love the way that I am treated by the staff and how friendly they are. That is what make me continue to come back. The membership is $100 a month but that is for unlimited play. On the bad side, the competition is lacking a bit if you are over 4.5 and also the courts are in need of being resurfaced, they are too fast. It is decently maintained and clean. Its a good value if you really like to play tennis a lot and you are a fan of playing doubles and meeting people.

This tennis center is the worst thing I have ever experienced. I am a college tennis player who has worked at multiple different tennis centers. Never in my life have I heard of a tennis center refusing to pay their employees. I recently found out that multiple employees are owed thousands of dollars in wages. Most of these employees are medical students trying to get through grad school and are unable to pay rent. The owner is not only refusing to pay them but is threatening to never pay them if they quit. The process for these employees to get there money back is painful and extensive. The way they are being treated is illegal and abusive. Please boycott this tennis center because of the atrocious behavior.

Do NOT send your kids here. Not only were the lessons terrible... one year later Mike processed my credit card without authorization and will not return phone calls or emails. Sketchy business.

My 14 year old was thrown out of the building unsupervised in the freezing cold. Yes, teenagers can be sassy and inappropriate. However, safety should not be sacrificed for discipline. I have no problem in my child being disciplined- verbally disciplined, running, sit ups or even being out in the lobby. However, putting my son's safety at risk is unacceptable. As parents we all know that it takes one minute for a child to be abducted. As my son was being thrown out like the trash he was told by the coach "You are a nobody. You aren't even ranked the top 200 ". Yes a coach said this as he is throwing my child outside. Please note my child's behavior was being sassy/ disrespectful not any physical harm or threat to the coach. I reached out to the coach to have a honest discussion -no response. Owner contacted us and said he would follow up. He has been called twice and no response. I have never written a bad review. I am not one to give one star because I have to wait 5 mins etc. Usually I am able to rectify the situation with the business. I realize people as well as business makes errors, which we can all learn from. However, as the organization is not interested in doing so I feel I have no choice. As a parent I do not want to have another child be taken out like the trash. Although my child was physically unharmed, another child may not be as lucky.

Our son and many of his friends built their tennis skills through the talents of the several pros that give both group and individual lessons here. We loved the staff and the facility was sufficient for the age of our son. The biggest problem with this operation is the ownership. The staff tries to do the best they can with what the owner will allow or support, but I believe he purposefully does things to unethically make more money. For the past two years, our credit card has been charged for an annual teen membership even though our son is too old and has gone off to college. We addressed the issue several times last year with no response from the owner, and the staff says that they can't do anything, it's up to the owner. We wrote off last year and told them to take our numbers out of their system and not charge anything to our account. We later found out that we had again been charged this year! This has also happened to several other people we know, and we are pursuing it through our credit union to get credit and block them from charging. Even after multiple messages, the owner refuses to address and correct the problem. If this is how they treat someone that supported their operations for over 10 years, I'd be cautious of using them at all, or only pay cash. DO NOT TRUST!
