Tidewater Arboretum

Loved visiting this quaint garden with my fiancée. It was surprisingly larger than I expected and had a wide variety of trees and other plants! There were plenty of places to sit and this could be a nice spot to have an outdoor lunch outside.

What a joyful gem! Gardens within gardens. This is NOT wheelchair friendly at all. Maybe they could make some paths for those who need to experience the beauty of gardens like this who use a wheel chair or walker. Visited mid October and delighted to still see butterflies, huge bumblebees and birds without any mosquitoes!!!!! Also dahlias delighted as they always do. This is a beautiful spot for photos with kiddos and to see, hear and feel the joys of how perfect flowers and plants are in all stages.
