Left the magnet on the shirt I bought had to drive all the way back and people at register were rude asf and also made me wait so they could talk about some bullshiz waisted my time gas and money not coming back wouldn't recommend

This thrift store is HUGE and has a wide variety of items and clothing. The staff is very helpful and kind and the items are reasonably priced. My only complaint is there are no dressing rooms to try on clothing. The staff told me the best they can offer is trying the items on over your clothes lol! Definitely still love this store though!!

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the problem of exiting the store's parking lot. They really need to make sure the back gate is open when they are open so customers have more than one exit to use. The back one is so much easier to leave by and leads you to a traffic light to go either direction. When it's not open, the line to the front exit is long and blocks the parking area when it backs up. It's especially hard to leave the front exit if you need to turn left since Little Creek Road is always so busy. Keep your customers safe and happy, please leave the gate open until you close!

One of my favorites in the area! Always clean, large selection, fair prices and organized well too! It's a HUGE place. They have seasonal stuff too...Holidays, summer, winter etc.Always find something even if it's not what I was looking for!

This is the best Thrift Store in Norfolk by far. The staff are amazing and my current favorite by far is of course, Ms. Pepper. Ms. Pepper is an excellent associate who allowed me to call her by her last name with Ms. preceeding her last name, because she was amazing at her job and connected with her customers. I look forward to purchasing from the jewelry section again soon, especially when Ms. Pepper is working that section.

You need to visit Thrift Shop USA! This store is HUGE, with a little something for everyone. Treasures around every corner and in every nook and cranny. You think you're done looking and then a whole new room opens up for you.My friend and I visited this shop on a whim, as neither of us had been here before. PS. Don't trust the Google store hours. We waited until noon since that's what Google told us, but we overheard a cashier telling another customer they're open 9am-7pm.Also, take note of their discount days!We loved this store; They have furniture, dishes, records, books, clothing, knick-knacks, décor, shoes, art, rugs, tapestries, mattresses, and more.My friend found a super cute picnic basket that everyone kept commenting on, I found a nice wooden sewing box, and both of us found some clothes and almost walked out with furniture too.*Note that we couldn't find any fitting rooms, so wear clothes you can try things over, or take a gamble. Luckily our purchases fit, as they don't do returns or exchanges.*Not sure if he was the owner or manager but a nice gentlemen in a cowboy hat offered to help us with any furniture negotiating or purchasing. We plan on being back soon!

always a good find and great deals, staff is always very friendly. usually the only thrift store i visit

I have been going there for years, but this last year it has really gotten downhill.Terrible staff rude, not friendly.Prices have gone up up.I will not be going back after this experience today

I enjoy the selection of clothes for the entire family as well as the clean restroom. The jewelry section is awesome too. The one downside is there are no fitting rooms which is not a deal breaker for me.
