Thrift Store City

Criminals and they don't honor the price an item is marked per the sign THEY POSTED. Signs are misleading and supervisor is absolutely no help. Poor customer service.

Thrift store city is the most antique thrift store in Norfolk Virginia I went here ever since when I was a teenager seems like they have everything nice.

A little slice of Thrift where a village can roam. I have frequented this place plenty of times and must say you have to come in with an open mind coming here because there's a lot going on and when I say that I mean - A LOT!! So here's what you'll find...* Boutique Shop: Trinkets, treasures, random DVDs, video games, jewelry, and knick knacks* Furniture: All kinds warehouse style just look and inspect and you'll find large pieces and random stuff* Toys: Toys for the kids to pillage through and tear up the aisle* Dishes & housewares: All kinds of these things and some items you never knew you needed* Luggage: Going to Norfolk international they got you covered with bags and suitcases galore* Books, Shoes a plenty, & clothes with a mess ton of accessories You'll find a lot of things you never knew you needed but this place will more than likely have it. Be aware that there is a musty odor so you'll have to get past that. Other than that you'll be in thrift haven.

Friendly and helpful folks. Prices are reasonable although some items that are highly desired can be pricey. Be patient as the staff actively adjusts prices. I have purchased appliances, furniture, some clothing and I am so pleased with the price and the store backing up a limited time to return a stackable washer/dryer if the unit had issues. The only issue I would say is it is difficult to donate excess household items.

Just visited & it's a great lil thrift spot! Honestly, it isn't the most welcoming on the outside because it almost seems like it's closed down but it is big inside. I love the options they have and how the items are sectioned. Prices are great (got 5 items for $8) and the employees are very kind and helpful. Would definitely tell people to stop by here if they are a true thrifter!

Everyone that loves thrifting NEEDS to go here!!! Definitely my favorite I have been to since moving here. Everything is crazy cheap. It is SO big you could definitely spend all day in here! They have everything from home decor & furniture to holiday decor & clothes + shoes. Lots of treasures

this place is a scam!!! they have beat up used coach bags and other bags and shoes and they make up random prices its like a money laundering scam or something idk but its BS!!!! pricing a beat up used coach bag with holes and stains for $35 IM OVER IT YOU ARE A THRIFT STORE ACT LIKE IT, ESPECIALLY IN NORFOLK THE LOWEST INCOME AREA AND YOU CHARGE THAT FOR A THRIFT STORE

I loved the selection but staffing was obviously bias and one of the prerequisites was to be as rude to customers as possible. Customer service does not exist here at least so far that I've encountered.
