Three Guys Italian Restaurant

I came here with 28 others for dinner. They set up a large table for us along the back wall and a few had to sit in the booth nearby. Our waitress , "Jay" was AWESOME! So many people at once and she handed it like a pro. A smile never left her pretty face and she was so knowledgeable about the menu and handled some special orders. I had cannelloni and a side salad with the best homemade dressing !! I am picky about my Italian "gravy " and this place does it right!!!We all enjoyed our meal and the service. Would highly recommend!

We ordered meat ravioli and penne monti at 12:15 and our fresh salads arrived one minute later. The restaurant is decorated for the holidays and the meal was very good which included garlic knots.

Haven't been to 3 guys since it's been under new management. Tried today and got the manicotti with salad and also a pizza with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. The pizza was overpowered with toppings. I think if they lower the $2 per topping price, they can afford to cut back a little on how much topping they put on. The salad was fresh. Manicotti tasted store bought. Will possibly return and sample something different on few menu next time.

I have been to several of their locations on the west coast and to be an authentic Italian restaurant I would say they SUCKMY son ordered the ravioli which came out not looking appealing at all and the taste was like it was freezer burnt The best part of the meal was the appetizer and they were over cooked chicken wings I got pasta as well and it had way way way too much marinara sauce Needless to say with my son having partial roots they are Italian we and he alone will never return Waitress was very nice she was working alone it seemed but she was spunky and very sweet.

Gave it another go. The pizza was respectable, but the pasta was a huge disappointment. You should probably NOT cut up sandwich slices of ham for the tortellini alla panna. No respecting Italian would do such a thing. Dont think because you are in po dunk Virginia you can cut corners.

Excellent food, awesome pizza, always hot and fresh! Service is always on point. Restaurant is super clean.

Been visiting Three guys for several months now and I haven't had a bad experience yet! The food is always amazing, the Penne Mari Monti is our family's favorite, the service is alway fast and we are well taken care of. By far my favorite Italian restaurant

Absolute terrible service. The only waitress working did a terrible job and was too overwhelmed. Don't open your place if you don't have enough service. I will never be back. Something needs to happen or this place should be shut down. Absolutely disgraceful. And the manager obviously doesn't care. I really hope people come to their senses and stop giving this place the money they don't deserve.

First time visiting since moving to Franklin. It has potential but....first of all I cannot remember the last time I ordered pizza and it had the chewy crap canned mushrooms on it. How much effort does it take to get some fresh ingredients? It's named 3 Guys Italian, you think one of these guys could get their shit together. Did I mention "red" onions on the pizza which I ordered well done and of course it was far from it. The steak roll had good flavor besides the "canned" mushrooms and the grease filled roll from the steak. I got this food to go and the building needs some love as well, mop buckets and crap visible behind it, the front entry way looks like shit as well. Restaurants in this town could have it made if they gave a crap about quality, most folks don't have an issue paying the money for good quality food. If this town ever gets any quality competition you can say goodbye to about all of the current ones.
