Ok, this place is great, been back twice for apps and cocktails before heading to 1933 bistro across the way. Fantastic local spirits and getting to try them in an expertly prepared way is VERY rare. Add to that both outdoor and indoor seating spaces that were great for two as well as a group, servers that knew the product as well as the menu and you get an idea of what they offer. Take some time to explore their gift shop too!!!

We were exploring the town this past Sunday. Came upon this place. Got a good vibe when we walked it. The staff are simply awesome. Very helpful and friendly. "Dawn" our host was super! Can't wait to chat with her again. She helped us decide on what to order and then later chatted with us at the end. The drinks and food were all very good. We left no survivors. I look forward to trying other items on the menu next time.Nice job Dawn! Very nice to meet you. Keep up the great things you folks are doing here.

This is a small local whiskey distillery that has a small menu and was a fun place. We arrived around 5pm on a Nice weather Saturday and a small bus was leaving (thank goodness, lol). There is a patio you can sit on to drink and eat; however, we went inside and sat at a booth in the back. I did not drink whiskey, instead we ordered cocktails off the fun spring cocktail menu. I really enjoyed the "I wet my plants." The table beside us got several whiskey flights though! My friends enjoyed the goat cheese dip with orange marmalade. I ended up with the tomato grilled cheese and a salad. The balsamic dressing was very good. Hubby got the nachos, which were HUGE! The picture cannot demonstrate the massive amount of pork that was in there. I would definitely come back for some drinks and appetizers or small meal.

We had Baked crack dip to start off. Oh so good. House made mix of bacon, ranch and something called "crack dip." Which could explain why I didn't stop eating it. The Mrs ordered the "hamburger helper". And went with the "chicken bites". The chicken was as expected with nice flavor. The hamburger helper was tasty. I like the set up and the "Drinks are on the front side, and food on the backside". Outside seating area (where we sat) is nice with a mixture of tables, a fire pit, an chairs. I could have spent a few more hours here. The drinks were very tasty. The "limerick" was seemingly on everyone's table. We enjoyed it a lot.

Hit or miss? I was so excited to bring my boyfriend here to try some whiskey and eat a few snacks. I had previously stopped by after work one day and had a great experience! Granted it wasn't that busy when I went alone but when I took him on Saturday afternoon it was much busier. Service wasn't fantastic.. mixed drinks were also.. mixed.. bloody m-- meh. I went w a reliable beer for my second drink. No issues there. One of his drinks meh and one excellent! So really I'm totally on the fence about this place. I think they might treat you a little better if you're a "regular"? I'm not sure. Anyway atmosphere is cute. Food is fine, warm and pretty tasty just kind of average bar food w a twist. I didn't mind it either time. If I'm ever out that way I might consider trying again.

My favorite local restaurant. Unfortunately the service was not so great at my last visit. I'll chalk it up to being understaffed. Though I don't know if they were understaffed. Took a bit of time for the server to arrive and take our drink order. The drinks are always very good. We ordered an appetizer - highly recommend the onion rings. Cooked just right. But the server provided no plates. I'm not sure they were necessary, but usually provided. We were not offered water, had to ask. Little nit, but wanted to note. What bothered me more, the servers cell phone kept ringing, and she answered, taking her away from guests. This is why I'm suspicious they were understaffed. No water refills were offered. Food arrived. Excellent as always. Overall, it is still my favorite local place, and I like to support local. Definitely will return. Hopefully, service will have improved.

Food average. Got the the BBG Chips and cheese. It was Luke warm. Made comment that it should be warmer and was shut down by owner. Drinks and everything else would recommend
