Disclaimer- this is a review for the one in Hanover and I could not find that location in Yelp.I was very hopeful this would be a good find as it is less than 5 minutes from my house.The kitchen and service were very slow. The place was at about 40% occupancy when we were there and it took 40-45 minutes for us to get a burger each and they were burned.. it was a bummer.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to VA Beach from DC. Tasty food; straightforward service. Decent prices. Seems to be a popular place with the locals. Overall ambience was pleasant. We would stop by again. And definitely try the fried pickles!!!

Great servers, great sammiches, lots of TV's.........Great big Hotdog, best wings in town. Good selection of draft and bottled beer. Guinness in cans. Regular stop when out.

The food? Solid. It's like your grandma's cooking if she had a grill and a slight attitude problem. The burgers are big, juicy, and the fries come hot enough to burn your mouth--because why not?As for the bartender, they're like the cool neighbor who never asks for a cup of sugar but will gladly top off your beer while giving you life advice you didn't ask for. It's not fancy, but it's got heart, like that one guy at the local BBQ who insists on telling you how he "almost" went pro in something you don't quite understand.If you're ever in the neighborhood and want a no-frills meal with a pretty hefty check for bar food, this is your spot. Worth it though.

What once was my favorite place to get takeout now is off my list. I live about 5 minutes from TBG in Quinton and now I will no longer be ordering from there. Their Fish and Chips were the best I've ever eaten and now are awful. The same goes for their Chicken Tenders and even their kids' meals. Very disappointed in our neighborhood Pub.
