The Studio Hampton Roads

What a cute idea! I had no idea this cool space was here - by the courthouse in VAB.My wedding photog was looking for models to grow her portfolio so I came yesterday for a Boudoir session and make-up and hair on-site. This is a small building but is very cute and has a modern, bo-ho, West Elm/CB2 vibe going on. Lots of great natural light throughout the day and about two bedroom spots, some chairs, a bathroom, etc. It's cute! I had a good time and this is an excellent place to book some sessions for local photographers and even if you wanted to do a newborn session or children's or high school photos and wanted a specific vibe. Parking is easy in an adjoined lot.

I came here on a weekend for a Business Branding Workshop. I learned that this space can really be whatever you want to make of it. Not only do photographers use it as a place for them to do photo shoots, but lularoe consultants have parties to sell their products here, businesses use it as a working space to hold meetings or workshops similar to the one I attended. Its a gorgeous space, very well lit and not hard to find (and this is coming from someone who tends to get lost easily). Based on the pricing I saw online, I would definitely consider renting this space if the need ever arose.

I most definitely recommend The Studio Hampton Roads! I recently hosted my Holiday Mini Sessions there and it was wonderful!! They were so accommodating and the studio even smelled like Christmas when I arrived the morning of my sessions. All of my clients raved about what a cute and unique place it is for sessions. I definitely plan on using them again!

I rented the studio for the first time yesterday and my experience was wonderful! I stopped doing posed newborn sessions a while back and got rid of most of my props, etc., so when I booked a newborn session recently I knew I'd be going straight to The Studio HR for all of my needs because of their Multimedia Suite! Booking was so easy and Leah and Sami were more than happy to answer any questions I had. When I arrived the posing bag and stand were all set up and ready for me. I look forward to working in the studio more in the coming months

Definitely have great things to say about this studio! Booked last minute and they were very accommodating to my needs.Loved the add ons they were able to provide for my shoot. The place itself was cute and I loved all the options it had for my photoshoot! Highly recommend this place and I already know I will be doing more shoots soon!!

I recently used Studio Hampton Roads for my brandshoot and absolutely loved it! I rented the Classic Suite and the Main Suite which were perfect for my shoot. The venue is nestled in a beautiful area of Virginia Beach and is easy to find. The owners (Sami & Leah) were very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely rent this space again.
