The Slime Lab

Very spacious and fun for the kids to make slime. Great indoor activity on a rainy day. Needed to find something for the kids to do and out of the house/hotel. Location/ at the mall, by JC Penny entranceCost/ not bad for the slime experiment effect $25What you get/ make slime of choice and free slime jar by the storeService/ helpful. The guy was there to help when needed, otherwise, my kids had fun independently making slime and adding all the glitter, puffy balls, and charms. My daughter had an axolotl (spelling?) charms. Overall, if we lived here, my daughter would've wanted to have her bday here.

This is the perfect place to do a hands on activity for kids, surprisingly we also saw 2 teen/YA couples here as well. We took our niece here because she loves slime. I called a few days prior to get details because I assumed there would be time specific windows for the "experiments". However, they operate on a 1-to-1 basis as you arrive which is perfect for small groups. I was told for larger groups they recommend booking in advance and they also do parties. We selected the $35 experiment and she was able to create 2 slimes and get 2 premade slimes. I wasn't expecting the additions of charms and scents but that made it even more worth it; we were very intrigued by the process. The staff were friendly and the specific staff (Ebony I think) who worked with our niece was very sweet and patient. We'd definitely return here with her or other kids in the family but this could also be fun for a family to do together.

Check-in was easy; my son and I made our slime. Their team was very sweet and helpful. The atmosphere had appropriate music playing, and it was exciting. The most important part was that my son had fun and had a smile on his face. I recommend it if you want to get out of the house or just do something with family.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a long time. Ambiance is wonderful, modern and clean. The owner was so incredible. She went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful on how she treated my boys and family. My boys had so much fun and it was a fantastic experience. From the bottom of my heart thank you!! Go here! Spend money, have a blast and do not hesitate , just do it!!!!

This place is amazing. I was setting up a time for my daughter to go but the website didn't have the time I needed. I emailed, at 1030 pm on a Tuesday. Salisha emailed me back within 30 minutes and after a couple more my time was booked effortlessly with her. Fast Forward, we arrive at the location are greeted by two employees both super friendly. The whole experience was top notch. Very good atmosphere all of the staff members appeared to love working there and also knowledgeable and helpful. Overall 10 out of 10

Visited the Slime Lab for the first time today after seeing it being advertised on Instagram. While my kiddos had fun making their own slime and I didn't have to clean up the mess after, I just don't think the price that we paid was worth it. $20-40 a person with no options to choose their own slime additives, etc. was a little bit unfair for my younger kiddos and honestly could of down this and more at home. I'm unsure if we will be going visit again but hopefully things will get better as time goes along.

While my daughter found the experience enjoyable, regrettably, we have decided not to revisit. The staff appeared overwhelmed, and the proprietor's demeanor was discourteous. Instances of inattentiveness and lack of acknowledgment were noted, as well as instances where individuals were unintentionally jostled without apology. The ambiance is charming, yet upon reflection, we find that comparable experiences can be achieved within the comfort of our own home for a similar cost range of $20 to $40. While I am committed to supporting black-owned businesses, it is imperative that we prioritize enhancing our customer service capabilities. This may entail ensuring that our team possesses the necessary skills or seeking individuals who can contribute in this area.

It was very rushed, the owner did not interact with the kids very well, didn't say thank you or bye when we left. Again, it was very rushed. We blinked and we were done. $20 per kid. Not personable at all. It is a cute atmosphere though, we probably won't be coming back.* as the owner commented that it was not an accurate review, IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE! We did NOT sign a waiver of ANY kind! You were not personable at all. lol the "free" sample of slime was hard and old. Next time, greet your clients, and thank them for giving you business:)

Amazing experience! Adults get to relax while the kids are taught how to make slime by the instructors. Instructors are knowledgeable, hands-on, and helpful while also letting the kids take their time and enjoy the process.
