The Public House Chocowinity

A new little place in Chocowinity!! It's around the side of the building Food Lion is in... plenty of parking and easy to get into. The place is clean and very open. The bar is gorgeous, and big. There aren't many tables for Dining in but there are some. We had chicken tenders, hot dogs, chili cheese fries, and the BLT. It was all yummy!!!! They serve breakfast and lunch. The lunch menu is served up untilAbout 8pm then they stop cooking and the bar is open. We went for dinner. The waitress/bar tender was very friendly, very courteous, and super friendly!! She talked to all of us including my two granddaughters. Often the little kids are ignored. But this place is so friendly, low-key, and local. Good food, friendly service, and good prices. We will definitely go back!!!

We love this place! It's a dive in the best kind of way. Casual, relaxed, good food, friendly wait staff. We enjoy their breakfasts; the breakfast bowl is a favorite. Just had my first lunch burger here. Man, it was awesome. I'll definitely get it again. We recommend The Public House. Check it out!
