Their food is perfectly prepared and appealing to the eyes as well as the appetite. Also the prices are very reasonable. You must try it out for yourself. Pulled Pork Sandwiches are especially good.

Well happened to be in the area today and found this place due to other past Yelpers. First thanks to them. A solid place for our lunch today. I enjoyed the Bossman burger with chips and sweet tea. It was very juicy and had a real nice amount of bacon (to the owner don't ever skimp on that - it really made your burger stand out. I could have enjoys a little more chips with my meal. Maybe the cook had smaller hands. But it was still a decent plate. As the the bride - she had the club sandwich and was extremely happy with the size and taste of it. I really don't think the pictures do it justice. She also had a decent amount of their fries, which I stole a few and were very good. It's a nice place that apparently has local talent/musicians come in and play. The bar area, even though i didn't try looked decent. As for service. Sorry can't remember the servers name. However, she served us very well and in fact we watched her serve all the tables in there this afternoon. I think she did a great job. So when I do come back in this area i would absolutely consider visiting again. I hope you give it a try.

Arrived on Sunday right as they opened. Was happy to grab some good lunch at a fun location on our way down to the OBX. We had pulled pork sandwiches and some fantastic bacon and cheese fries. Will definitely The Office in mind on our next pass through this area!

Great lunch at a great price. Amber was a good waitress and took very good care of us, although she was the only one working. Will recommend to all.

After days of eating seafood every night, we wanted to find somewhere to get some good American food. The Office did not disappoint. We started with the pickle chips and cheese curds. The pickles were still crispy inside which was great. After trying the sriracha ranch sauce with the cheese curds, I asked to get wings tossed in the same sauce. It was so good. Our whole table has wings. They are not breaded and perfectly crisp. The parmesan garlic sauce that my husband ordered was good too. Great service and our drinks never stayed empty.

Great burgers and wings . The services is always friendly and efficient. We have never eaten there, we always get the food to go.

I did NOT walk into this place anticipating writing a 5 star review, but yet here we are. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch as we were passing through town. The reviews were good and one said it's owned by an active first responder, so it was a no-brainer to stop. Support your locally owned businesses!This is what it is - not a Michelin star restaurant. It's a bar that serves good bar food. It looks like a fun local hang out and they are set up for bands or other nighttime activities. We started with the soft pretzel app, because who can resist soft pretzels? They come in 2 sizes - we went with the small (6 sticks). They came out piping hot, crusty on the outside and oh so soft on the inside. The cheese sauce was piping hot as well. I can definitely see myself sitting there in the evening having a few drinks and a large order. The real star here though, are the burgers. They have several yummy sounding ones on the menu and a burger of the month. I went with a BBQ burger that had cheddar, bbq sauce, bacon and onion rings. Hubby went with a traditional cheeseburger. Both were cooked perfectly (we asked for mid-rare to medium). The onion rings were huge and they melted in my mouth. Hubby was a fan of the batter dipped crunchy fries. The only disappointment? The homemade old bay chips weren't ready so we missed them. This will be our go to burger stop when passing through again. I just hope the chips are ready!

Really good mixed drinks and decent service, but the food was just okay. The Pink Slip was my favorite drink, and the Fried Pickles were a standout item!

Only ate here once. The waitress forgot to put my order in and I came back and had to wait a really long time for my food. They overestimated the size of the sliders (compared them to being a certain size, but they were not. Paid around $32 for 3 slider burgers and some kettle cooked chips. didn't fill any of us up and the chips were not that good at all. i usually eat everything but these were just NOT to die for. I think they are nice people. Other patrons chatted with me while there waiting for my food. I might try it another time sometime, but prices were way bigger than I expected for what I got.
