The Niche Venue

Yesterday, we had an 85th bday party for my Mother, and to say I was disappointed with this venue, is an understatement. There was no representative from the venue to personally let us in, plus THE VENUE WAS NOT SETUP for the event. My family, which included my young nieces, and I had to manually pull out 13 tables, put them together, pull out over 100 chairs, PLUS, cover the table and chairs. With guests traveling 6-9 hours and arriving in a little over an hour, it was the most unprofessional experience I have EVER seen. I was brought to tears because this event was planned as a celebration to remember for my Mother. When you pay (in ALL CASH) to use a venue, you expect a professional setup, as promised. That was not provided by The Niche, and I will NEVER use this venue again. Don't waste your time and money. You'll regret it.
