My mom, sister, and I shop here every year when we come down for our family vacation. We are usually in OBX around Thanksgiving which is when they have their annual sale :)We love that it's a family business! They started in PA 30 years ago and ended up falling in love with the Outer Banks and setting up shop permanently there almost 20 years ago now. We love chatting with Cortney while we try things on.The new location is large and they did beautiful renovations themselves. They have more than just jewelry with a selection of home decor, crystals, stones, etc. It's always a must stop for us whenever we're in town, we never leave empty handed!

Quite a lovely variety of gemstone jewelry at affordable prices. Friendly, helpful staff. They are at the back of the lovely Scarborough Faire shopping center. We will definitely go back. They have a website too.

Very cute jewelry store with a nice selection of crystal jewelry. They have a wide assortment of crystal options. I was pleasantly surprised to find Thulite pendants in stock, which is a rarity. The pieces were all very reasonably priced and there were some lovely designs. I would definitely come back.

This marks our sixth summer staying in Duck, NC. Every year I visit The Mystic Jewel to see what treasures they have for myself or for gifts. This summer, my 7 year old son was excited to know what The Mystic Jewel was after spying it on a map. This evening I walked him down to the shop after dinner. Would you assume it was a place for a little boy? Absolutely not. But upon walking thru th door the woman working directed us right to things that would interest him: geodes and tumbled rocks. My son carefully chose a heart shaped tumbled rose quartz for his 3 year old sister and filled a bag of tumbled Stones for himself. When it was time to check out, he took cash to the checkout himself. The lovely woman working engaged him, offered gift boxes etc. He left with a huge smile on his face!! Never did I think it would be a place for a little boy; but i couldn't have been more pleased with our non traditional experience in a jewelry store!

I purchased 2 necklaces and earrings from here and I love them! The man who helped us was so nice and helpful! We had to do a return and he helped us find the perfect replacement. There is a large selection of affordable good quality jewelry! I 10/10 recommend!

This jewelry shop is a cute spot at Scarborough lane. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is well informed on the stones and gems, they also help you until you're happy with what you got. They have many different things like rings, necklaces, bracelets, and more. For necklaces you can customize the pendent and the chain. The owner Joe (cashier too), makes unique sea glass jewelry for the store. The store has affordable jewelry for those on a budget. My friends and I went multiple times on our trip, and every time the staff was helpful and kind.

Lovely shop with tons of great pieces at a variety of price points!My mom and I dropped by towards the end of the day on a Saturday (just after the season ended), and the woman working there could not have been more patient and helpful as we proceeded to try on dozens of rings in multiple cases (we were probably there for almost an hour). The majority of their stuff is sterling with lots of different gemstones available. If you collect charms, they also have plenty of beachy charm options. They also give you a little information card about the stones in your jewelry with your purchase in case you want to know more about them.We'll definitely be back next year!
