The Lemon Cabana

This is a very cool boutique type of shop located in a nice location in Va Beach. We were there in the off season before Christmas and they were open and seemed busy. They have a lot of various items from home decor, clothes, jewelry, etc.It was definitely a cool spot and recommend people to check it out.

I walked by this shop with a sign posted sale 25%-50% off and decided to head on in. The first thing you notice is a wonderful scent throughout the shop. They sell diffusers and the scents to add. Then there is a display with state and collegiate hand towels. As you move through the shop there is a blend of home decor and mostly designer clothing. I found numerous pieces I liked but they were not in my size (xl). It's a cute little boutique store.

It's a rarity in this day of fast pace service to truly experience what first class customer service really looks like. After a few visits to Lemon Cabana I can share with you what this particular Virginia Beach store does right, and why it should be a model for others to emulate. My daughter has been a fan of the Oceanfront store for a few years primarily due to their selection of OnU necklaces which are very hot with not only young ladies but adult women as well. We have purchased a few of them and enjoyed browsing the store.The location off Laskin is one block from the Oceanfront and Atlantic Ave. Parking in their rear lot is FREE and the store can be accessed by a rear entrance. Parking in front is by meter. The store's walk up in front and back has been clean and neat. The business is situated on a short strip with a couple other businesses. I love the 60's retro feel of the building. Lemon carries home decor, ladies beach fashion, books and lots of unique items that you can't easily find else where. They are well known for a fantastic selection of costume jewelry. The store may be smallish, but it's packed with goodies. The feel is fresh, bright and service immediately welcoming. On every occasion there has been one of the two-three ladies ask if they can assist with no pressure to purchase. Yesterday while visiting my daughter wanted to purchase a OnU necklace. The inventory was depleted as a shipment is due in soon. Chic instructed us to follow their Instagram page which would announce the arrival of the shipment. My daughter happen to be wearing her OnU necklace and had a stubborn knot in it. Chic offered to work on it while we got lunch. Upon returning an hour later the knot was out to a happy young lady. No charge, just a very nice smile from Chic and will see you soon. This is first class service. Thank you Chic and Lemmon Cabana.

I had no idea this store was even here! On a recent trip to the oceanfront for breakfast I decided to walk the shops up along Laskin and explore. This is where I found the Lemon Cabana. They have some really cute items inside like beach-themed home decor, jewelry, shoes and clothing. I had a parking meter spot so wasn't able to really stay as long as I'd like but I was greeted by a friendly staff member inside and invited to look around, try on whatever I needed and let her know if I needed any assistance. I have a lot of tropical travel for summer coming up and know I could find some great items inside for that trip - I will be back!

Loved, loved, loved this store. It's a bit of a walk off the beach, but it's totally worth exploring. This store has bright blue walls with fun art on them and well-selected home decor that makes me wish I could just live in the shop.You'll find candles, glasses, plates, picture frames and other fun home stuff. I definitely wish I had a VA Beach house to fill with cute stuff from here. There's also a nice jewelry case with Donna Silvestri jewelry (Richmond-made, yeah!) and other cool designs. Make sure to head to the back of the store where there's a sale area. Lemon Cabana is a must-shop if you're browsing along the beach!

Me and my mother went here and they didn't even bother to say hello. Was truly disappointed kids escorted more from such a small space. You can't really miss someone. They also gave us mean looks and on lady even rolled her eyes at me.

Best store ever with the nicest staff! You can find everything from clothing to housewares - curated to perfection. It's a must with every visit to Virginia Beach!

My all time favorite shop in Virginia Beach. The store carries beautiful clothing with fabulous designers. Can't go wrong. There's never a time I go in there I don't buy something. And the best thing is that you will not see yourself coming and going. A limited number of items to make it truly personal. The ladies in there are absolutely the best. Make it a point to stop in. You won't regret it. I promise.

I found a top in this store that cost $84.00. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for but it was close. I asked if I could return the top for a "refund" if I changed my mind. I was told "yes", you may return the top for a full "refund". They ran my card and I was told it was "declined". Now, I knew the money was there so I went across the street to an ATM to get the cash. I returned to pay for the top with cash. I was then told that if I paid with cash, I would only get "store credit" if I returned the top. When I asked why, I was told, "we don't keep enough money in the store to refund $84.00. Now I can't say with certainty that their claim that my card was "declined" was a blatant lie or that they don't keep enough money in the store to refund $84.00, is another blatant lie, I am definitely implying it. Needless to say, I did not buy the top. I did, however find the top I was looking for at a much lower cost. So, while I deplore their snobby, presumptuous behavior that day, I am glad things went the way they did.

Top-notch service and a great shop with beautiful furniture! Lemon Cabana has the most unique gifts of any shop in Va Beach. So far, I have purchased three custom sofas, a chair, distressed buffet, many lamps, original Laura Loe paintings, candles and numerous gifts. It's my go-to place for every occasion. Highly recommended!
