This is a really great additive to the farm. We were so happy to see a restaurant be located at the farm, rather than just a farmers market. The food is fresh and delicious. I absolutely love their sweet potato fries. The chicken sandwich was also really great, as well as their barbecue sauce, it has blueberry in it and it's really unique. They have a limited menu, but anything you choose from the menu taste really good.Every time that we have gone, the waitresses are always really nice. I love that. It's all open, so you can look around at the farm. We went during the fall time, so it was pumpkin season. There's red tents above your head to keep the sun out, but if it is raining, it's not the best option. Tables are wooden outside and pretty comfortable for the most part! We will definitely be back for more.

Ordered the burger and fries and the burger was very good but the fries were terrible. The fries were slightly burnt and soggy with a lot of salt. We got a hotdog for the little one. Based on the other reviews I have to believe today was an off day for them. Looking forward to trying them again soon.

Absolutely love this little food spot! The service is like no other. Our waitress, Megan was so attentive & kind even though she was busy! It felt similar to being served by a friend. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak from recommended by Megan. It was freshly cooked, seasoned well, and was tasty. I would have appreciated a few more peppers & onions for taste, but that's just how I prefer my Phillysteaks to be. The fries were so good! I ordered both the sweet potato & regular fries. The regular fries were better than the sweet due to texture. But both were equally tasty. This is the perfect spot for an afternoon lunch after visiting the farm & is equally great for an evening meal with friends. I appreciate that there are lots of outdoor lawn games that you can enjoy before or after a meal. There is plenty of shade & a few fans going, for a little relief on those hot summer days.

Located in the beautiful Greenbrier Farms, this outdoor eatery and bar fits seamlessly into the farmland around it. They have a super cute farmer's market right inside behind the bar as well with fruits, vegetables, peppers, and spreads. It was really nice to be outside and see all the plants, animals and pumpkins (which they have right now for fall so definitely go get some!) all around us. I also appreciated that they had a fly wind machine to keep the bugs away (if they don't have one on your table, definitely ask and they will give you one).Parking is on the grass right outside the farms and well posted all over of where to go!As for the food, I tried their little menu since I have just eaten and got a chicken quesadilla with fries. The pricing was not too bad for the food, but the fries were definitely not the best and did not see freshly made. Besides that though everything else was splendid! Drinks were from local breweries and well priced!Definitely will come back for the winter season and see if they do anything different/have different options!

I would actually rate Hive Farm Bar and Grill 4.5 stars. This was such a fun place to go to to meet some friends for brunch. There are plenty of sturdy, good-sized tables outside. There are plenty with umbrellas to shade from the sun if preferred. I've been to Greenbrier Farms many times but this was my first experience with their bar and grill area. It was a Monday morning and I was the first to arrive of my party of 5. We had a pretty torrential storm blow through the night before so a young lady was wiping all the tables. She gave me some menus and I learned that they were out of several items on their already limited menu. I was pretty bummed they didn't have coffee. No worries. Between the 5 of us, we ordered the honey sriracha chicken sandwich, farmhouse salads with chicken and shrimp, and the chicken salad sandwich. Everyone in my group loved what they ordered. I ordered the farmhouse salad with grilled shrimp. I chose the peach vinaigrette. The salad was beautiful. It had fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, cucumbers, cojita cheese, and apples. The peach vinaigrette was okay. I had a great time here. My salad was great. I'm definitely a fan!

Grabbed drinks wings and tenders before the haunting. Cocktails are a little pricey, but good. Bottled and canned beverages are great prices. Great venue, great scenery and a fun time.

I have been wanting to check this place and we finally made it there. The place is far from the parking lot. Expect long walk on an uneven ground, this is a farm after all. With the farm in thoughts expect farm smell and uneven and unpaved grounds. We went at 10:45 am and it's already bustling with activity. I have to look at their map by the entrance to figure out the place. So facing the farm it's on the left far side. It was covered by a large white tent for an event later I guess. The sign is confusing coz it arrows to both right and left but really bear to your left to directly access the restaurant. The place is outdoor under an open tent but it's big enough to cater a crowd. The place is cute as it's called Hive which makes sense since it's in a farm. It's clean and since it's early we get to choose somewhere with a good shade. Unfortunately they have no coffee available and some of their menu is also not available. The waitress was honest and made up for it for efficiency and trying to give us what we need. She event supplies a battery operated fly swatter. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was delicious and hot. Crispy and full of flavor. They did not skimp on the dressing. The salad is very fresh, no bruises on the veggies. Again generous on their dressing. We did enjoyed our brunch in this place and we will definitely come back and also enjoy their farm animals and plants they are selling.

I had an AMAZING experience at The Hive! Let's start with the scenery. The seating is outdoors, spacious and you can enjoy the fresh air. There are tents and umbrellas to create the perfect shade. It is so beautiful! Staff is friendly and helpful. I love that they have really good food specials here. We got the BBQ ribs and Honey Sriracha Chicken Sandwich. The food is sooo good ! The Honey Sriracha had the perfect sweet and spicy flavor, it was perfect. I loved the chips that came as a side. There Jack whiskey lemonade and regular lemonade was tasty! I loved all the options they had on the menu. Parking lot is huge . You also can enjoy the farm animal area and walk through the flowers and trees . There's lots to do here than just eat, so be ready to explore and enjoy!

Adorable eatery located within Greenbrier Farms! Had brunch here with some friends and we loved everything about it. This place was family-friendly with a decent menu of savory wraps and sweet confections. There was a kids menu but also a fun, thematic drink menu for the adults. It was a crisp, fall day and the outdoor tables were perfect to soak in the sun. I had Ms. Bee's buttermilk waffles and they were DELICIOUS. The fresh peaches & caramel drizzle were the stars of the show. The only thing I wish they had on their brunch menu was a more diverse non-alcoholic menu. With it being fall, I was really craving a hot chocolate/cider/fall-flavored latte, but all they offered was black coffee. Not a deal breaker by any means, but just something that was a little lacking. If you're making a trip to Greenbrier Farms, be sure to take the time to try out the menu at The Hive! 10/10 recommend!
