Here and there, the owner may open up the venue to the public, but for the most part, once you pay your dues you are in!This venue features: a cigar lounge, full kitchen, outdoor terrace, full service bar, fresh pressed juices with or without spirits, full menu, plush seating and a dance floor.You are able to custom your event to your liking or work with an event planner to bring your vision to an ultimate High!The owner, Sunshine, is just that a ball of sunshine! Super energetic and a great people person. Below the High on High Street, is FitBar... an exercise facility and you can also order food and get fresh pressed juices made to order.This venue is a win win... a real gem in the city of Portsmouth.This venue has been in existence for about a year or maybe less, but the joint venture, FitBar is going on its second year.I was impressed by the venue the first time I checked it out back in November 2017...very classy and sophisticated. Chic and sleek if you will.If you are interested in touring this venue I suggest you reach out to the owner or better yet sign up for an all inclusive membership. You will not regret its benefits and perks.This jewel in the heart of Old Towne Portsmouth is sure to be around for the long haul.Great atmosphere, awesome vibe, amazing clientele...Parking...there is street parking directly in front of the venue and several parking garages.Happy hour takes places at least twice a week. Atmosphere is sooo awesome! Food is great, music is great, music is great! It's a whole experience!

Very cool spot with an amazing vibe. Really enjoyed the evening here. The employees were extremely courteous and made a point to provide service whenever my party asked for anything. The location is a bit of a "speak-easy". There is an upstairs lounge that is not active during the weekdays that would be a lot of fun on the weekends. Enjoyed some great Hookah as a bonus! Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend this location as an alternative to the same boring places.

I love the exclusivity this establishment offers. The membership price is reasonable and Sunshine is very accommodating. What I didn't care for was people coming in off the street wearing whatever, going in the hookah bar downstairs, then finding their way to the members only floor. It could have just been the day we came but it didn't make me feel safe. No eyeballing a shot here, the bartender will give you a measured shot. No more and no less. You would think members would get a little more but no. This cigar lounge does not have a humidor or cigars to purchase but plans to have both are in the works. I believe this establishment may be a great place to hang out with friends and socialize but it's not ready for the members it's attempting to cater to. My husband and I didn't care for this cigar lounge but, other people seem to like it. I would recommend getting a tour prior to paying for a membership. Ask for Sunshine, she is a very sweet person.

Real Chill Grown & Sexy Spot. The service is great, music is great. A hidden gem. Pool tables, humidor, full bar. It is the perfect spot to enjoy after a long day. The owner is very kind and her staff follows the same flow. You have to check it out.

Make sure before renting the bottom half of the building the air conditioning is working I had my party there and my party ended up out front of the building.I asked my guest to dress formal so just imagine.When renting there make sure you get a written contract of what's included in the price,the day of my party I had to pay owner additional $300 plus buy liquor of $350 then pay $150 for a bartender now remind you the morning of my party.I drove 14 hrs from Florida with a budget to Virginia to celebrate and was very disappointed.

Lately I've become a fan of Door Dash and this place had a special where there was no delivery fee. So I tried the philly cheesesteak sub. I received something that had the texture of minced cube steak, no cheese and had a few spinach leaves on it. I took a bite even though the appearance was offputting enough and it was extremely salty. I was saddened and confused by this experience.
