The Great American Bagel & Bakery

We were waiting for our flight. So grabbed a quick bagel breakfast sandwich. This restaurant was close to the terminal so it just made sense. I didn't feel like walking around looking. So i placed my order. I wasn't a fan of the sausage because it could have been cooked longer... The egg was a bit dry. But i was hungry so it did what it needed to do.. The sandwich was a little pricey. But i guess that's to be expected with airport food. I will say its a cheaper option than some other places in the airport.The customer service was ok and the line wasn't horrible. I'd eat here again because there's not a lot to choose from to eat in this airport. But I'd ask for the sausage to be double toasted... All in all it was pretty average...

Stopped by here before getting on my flight, the service was very quick and my bagel was delicious. The area was clean and the staff were friendly.I got an Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese (9/10), was yummy and warm. My family got blueberry (10/10) and cinnamon (8/10) bagels which were both good, but the blueberry one had the most flavor. Definitely will stop by again next time I'm in the airport.My overall rate of experience: 10/10

Nice bagel and sandwich stand. No frills. Good bagels. I got a whole wheat with an egg and bacon. It's made on the spot so I was able to opt out of cheese. Added a coffee to my order. The girl running the stand was very friendly and efficient. There's no seating. It's pretty much what I'd expect if not a little better given an airport location.

Located in the airport. Their bagels get the job done. You will be full. Friendly Staff. Quick Service! Definitely try them for breakfast if you're ever in the airport hungry.

Ok at best. Customer service was mediocre. Nothing wrong but not friendly.Ordered a multigrain toasted with light cream cheese. Barely warmed, ice cold cream cheese blocked on the bagel. On a positive note it was available within 30 secs. $5 for a mediocre bagel.

I needed some light fare before my midday flight from Norfolk International Airport, and I was already past TSA security. I chose a simple toasted everything bagel with cucumber cream cheese. There are heartier omelette bagels and similar sandwiches available too. The bagel was fresh, but not above average. I like my bagels to have a nice crisp to the toast, which this lacked. The cucumber cream cheese, however, was quite refreshing, as any cucumber dish should be. I paired with a green machine drink from their selection of drinks standard at most airport kiosks.My experience was average. I wouldn't come back if it were in a standard store location, but options are limited in the inside the security boundary, and this is the best choice for balancing quality, speed, and price for food in concourse A.

Best blueberry bagel I've ever had! But more importantly, I was in and out in less than 3 mins and the ladies there were incredibly friendly. I really can't get over how good this bagel is (was)... and no hole! More to enjoy! So good!Blueberry with cream cheese - $4.70ish after tax. Best deal in the airport!

These people are laughing all the way to the bank. $9 for a bagel and water. I ordered toasted with cream cheese. Barely any cream cheese. They had no soda for my caffeine fix so got Perrier (16 oz keep in mind) and it was $4.50!! Didn't realize until she totaled me out. The bagel was NOT TOASTED. didn't even eat the dry chip. They should be ashamed to serve.

Customer service is fast & sweet ! My plain cream cheese bagel was delicious. My tummy was full before I got on my plane. I'm very happy with this place.

Not cheap (it's in an airport, so that kind of goes without saying) but the smoked salmon bagel was excellent.
