I stopped by The Egg Bistro recently to grab a bite to eat and I was very pleased with both the quality of the food and the top notch service that I enjoyed. I commend the management here, they only hire people who really care about their customers and it shows. They were busy on the day I arrived but the ticket time was ridiculously quick. My coffee cup never got below half a tank and the food arrived piping hot. Everything was exactly as I ordered it and it was delicious. Great experience here, I'm already planning my next visit!

Wish I remembered our waitresses name because she was great. I didn't love my meal as much as I thought I would but that's ok, should have just stuck with the basics because the pancakes were bomb. Got there on a Saturday at 12:15 and had to wait about 45 min for a table for 5. Didn't mind because it was a nice day. The mimosa flight was fun and was a generous size for a flight.

Food is usually pretty decent, today, not so much. Chicken fried steak tasted like the box it was frozen in, and the hard boiled egg on my wife's avocado toast was boiled to the point the yolk looked like the core of a golf ball (green).Service was great, and the fried eggs, shredded potatoes, and sourdough were fine.

After work, some coworkers and I decided to check out The Egg Bistro. The atmosphere was lively and busy, but our server's high spirits and amazing suggestions made the experience even better. The food was overall delicious, though our group wasn't too impressed with the house potatoes--nothing major, just something to swap out next time. On the bright side, the bartenders nailed it with the specialty mimosas, and I enjoyed trying a few beer samples. The space is a bit small and limited, but the energy and service made up for it. I'll definitely be back, especially for the Mimosa Flight--it's a must-try!

When we got there it was about 9am and it was already super packed. Luckily we were able to be seated immediately. The waitress was nice and helpful with the huge menu. I didn't get a cocktail but from the table around they had very nice drinks. The food was good, but I think the best dish by far the blueberry infused pancakes. They were not only huge but also very nice and fluffy. The shrimp and grits were good, but the grits weren't as creamy as I would like them. Overall this was a 4/5!

I had a hearty breakfast at The Egg Bistro. First, I'll start with the ambiance, it was colorful and full of funky art. Service was excellent. The staff members really work hard and make a point to check on you frequently . I loved all of the cool innovative ideas on the chalk menu which had the seasonal options, and mostly ordered from there. I got the Gingerbread pancakes which were amazing! Sweet and with a yummy frosting on top. I got these Thai chili breakfast egg rolls which were awesome! I highly recommend trying them. My 2 eggs were cooked perfectly. It was an overall great experience and meal !

Came here with the family on a Sunday. There was a wait, but not too bad 15-20 minutes. They took down our number and we waited in our car for a text to let us know the table was ready. Once seated, service was excellent and the various orders were all delicious. Only suggestion was the scrambled eggs could have been cooked longer. Nice decor and not too loud to have conversations among each other. We will definitely be back!!

Every time I eat here, I leave full, happy and planning my next meal. Today I tried their Crullers. Y'all, they were light as air and the lemon cream filling was delightful. Jasmine was our server and she was so sweet and efficient, as are all their servers. TEB is only the 2nd reason I'll ever get up at 6am on a Sunday. The other is bass fishing on the river.

This place is always a hit and you know by the wait time there's always a wait but it's well worth it. The food is always consistently good and the service is always amazing. The waitress is very friendly and the food comes out very fast. Fresh and hot I went for banana bread, French toast, one of my favorites and a side order home fries!! Definitely one of my favorite places to go in one of my favorite dishes to have. Thank you, egg bistro for always being consistent. The place is crowded as always , but they get people in and out pretty fast. It's a little loud with everyone talking but it's still a great spot for breakfast

The egg bistro was pretty packed on this Saturday morning but still our wait time was only about 20 minutes which was perfect because we were hungry! Starting out I hit the restroom to wash my hands and red alert, it was disgusting. This was during peak hours but I do believe someone should have popped in to tidy up mid-day. Once I made it to my table, our server Vanessa was polite and offered great recommendations right away. She suggested the "one love" mixed drink which was very pretty and had a nice sweet and perky flavor to it. We also opted for the mimosa flight which had fun flavors like watermelon and pineapple, but my partner felt they were lacking on the champagne side and tasted closer to regular juice than mimosas. For breakfast I opted for the Citrus Cream Crullers, which were topped with sweet crème and fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries.) The dish also came with eggs that I had scrambled with cheese (very cheesy :) as well as peppered bacon and their home fries which were absolutely delicious. The citrus in the crullers tasted of lime, which was just ok but I feel they would really shine with an orange base. The home fries with onion, peppers, rosemary and garlic were no doubt the star of the show! My partner enjoyed the breakfast chimichanga, which was stuffed with blackened chicken, cheese, their home fries, egg and pico de gallo. It's then fried and topped with chimichurri aioli. Everything about it was delicious except the chimichurri aioli which for some reason had a sour taste to it (try on the side) but none the less we were impressed with them and their menu and grabbed a couple extra dishes to go.In our to go order we grabbed the Steak Bowl which was *perfection* (chimichurri aioli on the side) and the Bennie & the Grits which was excellent. The hollandaise made the dish even more tasty and bonus! it came with another side of potatoes :) Overall this place is worth a visit and we'll be back for sure. Thank you!Update: I enjoyed my leftover crullers cold (straight out of the fridge) and they were superb!
