Our 8th year of Camping at this small RV Park. There are 14 Full Hook ups with spaciest camp sites. There is No WiFi and no access to the Beach which is near by. This year I Notice a decline in the overall up-keep of this RV park. The Restaurant which is in their brochure, has been closed for some time now, There are Restaurant nearby in Hampton or why not cook at your camp-site.

This little spot is super cute. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we rented beach cruiser bikes and rode into town. $8 for an hour or $20 for the day. The amenities include a full kitchen, even equipped with pizza ovens! There is a general store open with all the things you may need at the main office. Clean restrooms with private showers. The kitchen area has a small area with table for eating as well as a reading area with books and games. A TV if you aren't here for the scenery. The best, a free jukebox!!! So much fun!Behind the main office is a beautiful water view with a gazebo and chairs for lounging. A short walk to the beach and historical military batteries. You are so close to Fort Monroe, a wonderful place to walk or bike around inside. Great restaurants are also nearby.

Excellent customer service. Quiet not party campground. Adorable general store. Convenient to restaurants. Must tour fort and museum. Long boardwalk for biking. Beach close and fishing piers. Clean shower house and facilities. A great getaway without VA Beach noise and crowds.

If you are a tent camper avoid this dump like the plague. The tent sites have no sea breeze and are next to a bog. Mosquitos are the mutant Bill Gates variety and bite through every type of bug spray. Bath facilities are two flush toilets and a shower plus port-a-johns. All are several minutes away at a brisk walk. Also this place is expensive. I've camped in Alaska and this was the worst experience I've had camping.

Spent 13 weeks on a travel nurse contract here! Awesome people that were so accommodating to our every need! Even made a spot for us when they didn't have one due to tourist season! The views of the water and being able to walk to the beach were awesome! Bathrooms always nice and clean with plenty of hot water! Thanks Pat and Pat, Becca, Johnny and Michelle! You are wonderful people who make the world a better place!
