A magical dance for a brand new husband and wife.
Beautiful water fountain where my daughter's ceremony was held!
The beautiful backyard with a pool, yard games and a fire pit for smores!
If any shuttling is necessary, Peggy has it covered! Cannot express how awesome she is!
Sparklers!
Hula hoops and fun!
Watching the unity candle being lit.
Cutting the cake.
Where is the garter?
Playful groom.
A wonderful first dance.

Just had my friend's wedding here this past weekend. The place is perfect to have a wedding/ event. The wedding was beautiful! Ooh and a big bonus for a lot of us -- a pool and a hot tub in the backyard. On top of that, there are 5+ rooms for guests to stay at so it makes everything easier for us bridesmaids. The owner of this place - Peggy, she was the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. She helped put everything together for the bride and groom, the bridesmaids, and guests. She is so wonderful, full of energy. She even made bomb ass breakfast for those who stayed there. Everyone in the wedding still was talking about how delicious the biscuits are. God bless this woman!Anyway, if you are looking for a place to host your event, don't hesitate. You will not regret it!

My step sister recently got married here at this venue. The venue itself and the inn was beautiful. The wedding went smoothly and the staff was very welcoming and benevolent...or so we thought. The day after the wedding the inn's staff told us to stop cleaning up and just relax. We were gathering all of the leftover food and drink from the night before and tidying up as we went just to be helpful. I thought that they were just being kind by this gesture but I was sorely mistaken. My stepmother had asked where all the left over coffee had went and the staff lady said that it had all been drunk. We also asked about some of the other food we had brought and apparently that was all used up as well. We only stayed there 3 nights and they were trying to tell us that a whole box of instant coffee was gone? When less than half of the people staying at the inn drink coffee? We found the coffee box hidden from us and it wasn't even opened. We also discovered some other food and beverages that hadn't been used. I don't like to complain because the service here was amazing for the most part. I just wanted to warn anyone who decides to bring their own food and drinks of the untrustworthy staff. Lying and theft doesn't sit right with me.

Used to be called Willow Manor Country Estate and then it became Apple Blossom Plantation and now Apple Blossom Inn. There is no such thing as a place not allowing you to tour a kitchen so you see where your things are being prepared. You know how I know? I've toured several while picking a venue. The reason you "can't" tour this kitchen is because Peggy does not want you to see the mess of a kitchen she has with the fish tanks, garbage everywhere and things stacked on top of anything and everything. Anyone who saw this kitchen would run instantly. There is no outside caterer she works with. She cooks. Want a bartender? It's her son. Need a server? It's her bff. Cleaning crew? Lol it's Peggy if she ever decides to clean. Check corners you'll see the ants and webs everywhere. There is no "business partner" or office phone number, it's her cell phone. Glad my daughter went elsewhere to get married before it's too late. I warn anyone looking at this venue to know before you go. If you can't see a kitchen or certain things.... BEWARE! She does have a very nice fountain out front but look in the inside.

Just had my sisters wedding here in April 2017. Two thumbs up! Peggy is the jack of all trades doing so much for the bride and groom. You get so much access to the venue before hand which was amazing. My sister was so happy which is all that mattered to me! We did the catering through the plantation. I have a gluten allergy and she was so accommodating for that. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a southern glam or country chic it is perfect! Couldnt say it enough, Peggy was the best!

My husband and I attended our friend's wedding at Apple Blossom. Everything was beautiful and laid back. The owner and coordinator was on the ball with everything, and even took some time to party with everyone. It showed that she loves her job. What we loved is that there was no curfew for everyone to leave, where as most venues they are kicking you out 30 minutes before closing time to start clean up and the after party has to continue elsewhere. The coordinator even offered home rides to those who had a lot to drink. The food, service, and party was great. I was 3 months pregnant at the time and got tired easily, and there were plenty of couches and comfy chairs around the house to rest on when I needed to. What a wonderful time we had!

I was in the bridal party for my friend's wedding. The house is beautiful and has a lot of character. The best part of the experience is Peggy. She does it all - a wedding planning Swiss army knife. From flowers, to catering, setting up, organizing the ceremony, putting together the wedding reception - all of it. We stayed the entire weekend and we were treated like family. The fire pit is awesome, the porch is beautiful. Thanks for an awesome wedding, Peggy!

Where do I start? My sister had a wedding there recently and I have to say that pulling into the driveway, it looks beautiful. But after you meet Peggy, it all goes down hill from there. My sister's wedding was beautiful, thankfully. The kitchen is absutely disgusting. The nastiest thing I have ever seen in my entire life. I opened one fridge to find gnats flying out of a huge pan of rotting meat. I opened another fridge and it was covered in mold and disgusting rotting food. I can't believe she serves food out of that kitchen. That disgusts me. God knows how many people she has made sick from that kitchen. And posting a sign saying don't open the fridge gives her the right to keep them nasty as hell. Then the night of the wedding rolls around. She is flying back and forth, being a downright dictator about everything. She ushered us up the stairs into the bridal suite because she wanted pictures to be done a certain way. When she realized we had already done all the pictures before the wedding, she looked like she was going to have a coronary. She was bossy and not very nice. My sister paid a ridiculous amount of money for this place and Peggy promised her all these things, that she did not follow through on. There wasn't a bartender half the night. Most guests had to go behind the counter to get their own drinks. There was a huge flap missing from the tent that she claims the fire marshall told her she had to keep open, but there was no way to escape through that opening because it led directly into a pool. I'm sure the fire marshall wouldn't want everyone escaping from a deadly fire to go swim in a pool. I think she just used that as an excuse not to replace the panel of a tent. My sister paid for heaters for the entire reception, but most went out halfway through. So it was freaking freezing. Didn't help there was a HUGE opening in the tent. And speaking of fires, she almost set the entire place on fire after taking a dish away she just let a table cloth fall onto a burner. As the cloth started to catch fire, thankfully I ran over and was able to pat it out. Thankfully I caught the fire, because I'm sure the disgusting black mold in the basement would of killed everyone. This place honestly needs to be shut down. It might be beautiful on the outside, but it's a disgusting mess of a place once inside. I hope the health department catches this place, because no one should eat food out of that kitchen. Please heed my warning and don't book this place. She's a fraud.

My cousin and his wife were married here over this past weekend, and the ceremony and reception were stellar. The property is absolutely beautiful, and well maintained. The staff handling the event were extremely professional and polite. Highly recommended.

My son and daughter-in-law were married here in April 2023. They made arrangements with the previous owner and were not informed of the sale of the property until 2 weeks before their wedding. The new owner was terribly difficult and tried not to honor the arrangements in the contract with the previous owner. There were holes in walls and ceilings from partial renovations. Rooms we had been promised the use of were locked. The new owner made an event that should have been joyful very stressful. I would advise couples to find another venue.

I have owned The Apple Blossom Inn for over 20 years. I hesitantly sold the Inn on March 2, 2023. The new owners have a legal obligation to honor each and every contract that was in place at the time of the sale. Prior to the sale of the Inn, the new owners were shown copies of the existing Rental Agreements with my couples. I explained the details of my wedding planning meetings and the promises that were made to my couples. Written or unwritten, these are promises that legally must be honored. On March 31 the new owner told me "we don't know how it is going to benefit you (addressing me) if you tell them (the clients) that the Inn has been sold, it is probably going to freak them out even more." Prior to the first wedding under the new ownership (held on April 15) I ignored the demands of the new owners and I contacted all of my couples to describe the sale. Regardless of whether I am being paid, II will be at the Inn (or any other venue) to help my couples with every detail of their special celebration. I planned and hosted my first wedding over 40 years ago, and I have loved every minute. The Inn has been renovated top to bottom and is beautiful, but is my personal opinion that my couples are not being treated fairly.Peggy Snead, OwnerBlossom EventsSpecial Events Planning
