We stopped in for lunch after some shopping and everything tasted delicious. Our order was promptly taken and food came out hot and fresh. The decor is authentic Thai style and much better than most Asian restaurants. Definitely would go back. I gave a 4/5 because the couple behind us kept letting their phone ring and it was incredibly loud and annoying.

Tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. It was genuinely good! The service and prices were as I expected them to be. The decor/ambiance was typical. The menu had a good selection of dishes. Portion size was very good. The flavors were fresh and delicious. I ate here with a friend and we ordered enough to eat and take home for another meal or two. The pinapple fried rice was very good. I also had the pad woon sen with tofu and it was excellent. The eggrolls are good too. We enjoyed our meal and will definitely go back. It's a little off the beaten track but worth the search for it.

Yum yum yum! What a great Thai restaurant in an unassuming strip center by the Home Depot! My husband and I were running errands in the area and I had a hunkering for Thai food and this place had good reviews and my fellow Yelpers did not disappoint! The chicken spring rolls were really good and came out piping hot! I love when the filling is flavorful and this one was. I loved my bamboo basil chicken dish. Very flavorful. My husband got the the chicken ka prow and got it medium spicy. He wanted more spice so the owner brought out extra spices for him to add and was extremely sweet in explaining what everything was did him to make his dish more spicy. The only dish that was good bit not my favorite was the pad Thai. By no means was it bad just not my favorite. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes! Great service as well!

Thai Papaya is definitely a local fav! One thing you can always count on is that the atmosphere will be so chill when you're in there. It truly feels like home for me when I think about Hampton. The service is always good and they're patient which I love. We ordered the chicken pad Thai and combination rice with a boba tea for my husband. He drank the whole thing so I'm guessing it was good. The pad Thai and combination fried rice are consistently my favorite and it's so fresh it stayed was all the way until I got home. If you're in Hampton they're a must have. Also my sister went to Thailand recently and swears that the food at Thai Papaya tastes exactly the same so authenticity is spot on!

This place is one of my favorite Thai restaurants based on the food only. I got the combination fried rice and my husband got the pineapple fried rice- both were amazing as usual. We got the fresh spring rolls (shrimp) they were also good. It's a fairly small place but they could accommodate a large party, and it is clean. The service is what I wish was better, it felt like we were a burden at times- waiter was unfriendly or just didn't have a great personality in general not sure which. If you want tasty Thai food give them a try.

This place has always been very good, we have literally been coming here for years! The food is always consistently delicious and to the table shortly after you order. The service is quick and very friendly. seating is seat yourself, but is limited. Our favorite option is carry out lol. The combination fried rice is always our go to but I decided to try their pineapple fried rice and I have to say it had way more flavor! It's definitely my new go to. You really can't go wrong with anything in their menu!

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times now and it is soo good. So far, I've had the curry which is my favorite type of Thai food. I've had the roasted duck curry, red curry, massaman curry, the Thai pumpkin red curry, and the panang curry. They all came with a good amount of white rice. The only time I wasn't so happy was when I ordered the red curry. It had more vegetables than meat and when I finished, I had more curry sauce left over than protein and bell peppers. Other than that, the meal was good.

This restaurant was recommended by several friends. Ordered Pad Thai to go, and it had excellent taste and good-sized portion. I wanted to save some for the next day but could not stop eating. Each small portion I ate added up to me finishing the entire order.I will definitely be returning to eat in or order to go! The staff was very friendly and conversed with me while I waited for my order. I will be recommending to others.
