Teddy's Health Food Market

Other than there's no health food here, no drinks, no snacks, etc., they have lots of supplements. Meh.

What a cool and eclectic spot!So random that we found this store, "Teddy's Health Food Market." We ended up here after a failed quest for donuts. (We were at DD next door, only to get coffee & NOT donuts, but that's another story.)This spot is walking distance from the oceanfront, and as mentioned above, right next to Dunkin Donuts. They share a parking lot. The inside is actually big; way bigger than it appears from the outside. What you'll notice first as soon as you come in is the smell of burning incense, which they sell here. What are the different things one can purchase from Teddy's? Vitamins, healthy "fixes" and ointments, different seasonings, organic wine, a selection of Gluten-free goods, teas, drinks, salt lamps, a decent selection of workout/protein powder and snacks, some gently worn clothing, shoes, postcards, sandals, and lots of trinkets. The woman working (not sure if she was the owner, I didn't ask,) was very friendly. I only ended up getting a bottle of Honest-tea - Moroccan Mint flavor. Yum! I was intrigued by, but didn't get, an Almond-Kale chocolate chip cookie! Whaaat?! Maybe next time. I'm always iffy about "good" food when they are low in calories. Lol. I would return, and probably will, the next time I'm at the beach, before I get my coffee fix next door. Check Teddy's Health Food Market out! It's cool, random, and funky, in a good way.

Teddy's is my favorite place to go, great products, great education, very friendly, super helpful, always a pleasure going here! I never leave without learning something new and meaningful to my health. Teddy is awesome! Highly recommend!

Love this place...Teddy and his wife have been in the business for years so very knowledgeable about pretty much anything you need to know(better than the internet). I go here as much as possible to support local.

Great place full of pills and potions that will fix anything that's wrong with you. I have a recurring ingrown hair problem on the tip of my nose and was at my wit's end trying to find out what to do about it. A dab of sunscreen usually masks it, but I needed a long term solution. The very friendly fella that works here most days helped me confront my problem and find an affordable, reliable method of treatment. Biotin and kelp powder. Boom. Easy. I also bought a book of poems, some incense, some tea, some chewy ginger candy, and an ear candle. I've never tried ear candling before, but was told that it's something to do in order to pass time during long road trips. My wife and I are going to Tijuana for Thanksgiving and Lord knows I'll need something to keep me occupied.

Teddy is about intergity people person lives people genuine. 1 best men ever met. He was one pioneers got in this before earthquake eruption 1992 he was in 1980s he changed world changed docters changed professors world sports cured half cancer made everyone beautiful. Teddy should be governor or senater of virgnia unless he's to nice.though senaters are supposed to be people person for small needs if the people. That if teddy should been top acter. As says thouse who are arrgant be braught down those humble braught up. Only God is judge beyond doubt teddy should be braught up be senater be a Tor be both. Sorry to nice to be presdent.
