Tastee Swirlzz

Was out of most of the ingredients they were supposed to have, seemed unsanitar, worker left blue bell ice cream plus another offbrand ice cream out while scooping not using a glove.

If you're ever on the Boardwalk around 23rd St, stop by Tastee Swirlzz for some of the best soft serve and scooped ice cream on the Oceanfront. About 2 weeks ago, we stopped by for the first time and I ordered one scoop of the Strawberry Cheesecake in a waffle cone, AMAZING! It was so rich and creamy and it definitely had an abundance of cheesecake chunks and strawberry swirls. The ice cream was so good, we went back last weekend and I tried the Butter Pecan in a waffle cone. By the way, the waffle cones are super fresh and are just as good. The Butter Pecan had huge chunks of pecans and was super satisfying. My ice cream did melt fast since it was a hot day but if you want a really good treat while enjoying the Oceanfront, definitely try Tastee Swirlz.

For those of you looking for real soft serve ice cream (as it advertises) do NOT go here. They serve ice milk (icy texture and minimal flavor) not true ice cream. Also, charging an extra $2 to add sprinkles and an extra $1 for a cup on top of an already $5 ice cream is bull. Don't waste your time here!

A small ice cream place on the Virginia Beach boardwalk. They also sell some food items. Great on appearance of the ice cream, but a little pricey. Great customer service and open until 10pm most days for that late night craving.

Good food and reasonable prices. Walk up service, outdoor dining. The view of the ocean is relaxing and the ocean breeze makes it comfortable to eat outside. There is a good selection of ice creams, hand-dipped and soft-served. Sadly, they do not offer milkshakes.

I was looking forward to getting soft serve on the boardwalk and was so disappointed. The ice cream we got were so icy and flavorless. It was a sad start to our beach vacay but atleast the worker was kind.

Went here for some ice cream and was not very impressed. I had a simple twist and it didn't taste like anything! Definitely not the best ice cream place along the boardwalk.

I decided to try it and was not disappointed, the soft serve was delicious and really enjoyed the butterscotch swirl. I'm surprised that this place hasnt gotten more reviews. The price was also fair as well.

Yummy treat! After seeing the photos from the menu, was worried the ratio of swirl flavor to ice cream would be off. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just right! I had the butterscotch in a cup - perfect amount to go with the small soft serve. Good to the last drop!

We rode our bikes on the boardwalk and found this amazing ice cream place. Awesome swirlz, all kinds of flavors. Very polite people working there. Next day went looking for it again and couldn't find it on the map or Yelp so my daughters made me write a A+ review for it. We will always go back for some more delish cones:)))
