TASTE

Stopped by on my lunch break. The service was very quick and friendly for a Friday. The place was loud but it seemed like I missed the rush. I ordered the Inlet Sandwich with a Diet Coke.I asked for take out and when walking out to leave I noticed the outside seating was completely open. I couldn't pass up a beautiful day since I work in an office. Plus, people watching is always fun in town center. My sandwich was mouth watering. Absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this Taste location. I will be back.

Something about the Northender sandwich They have a large selection of fresh sidesService is great it's rare add a Name but here goes , IAN was very eager -happiness bubbling over, ready to help !Indoor or outdoor seating !I enjoy trying to figure out all the music artist on the wall !

I really like this Town Center TASTE location. It's open and airy and looks like a NYC loft with high ceilings and exposed pipes/rafters. Same great menu and good location with plenty of nearby free parking in the garages or on one of the streets if you can snag one. We had an easy late dinner here before close one night and the Brunswick Stew was on point like always - theirs is the absolute best. I love their brewed teas and the Northender Sandwich is my go-to every time. Lots of simple grab and go items if you work nearby or need to grab something to go quickly. Noms! Great new addition to the TASTE empire.

I've been to Taste a few times, but we just stopped here for lunch on our way down to OBX! Tons of outdoor and indoor seating options. I added banana peppers to the north ender & got some roasted red pepper aioli on the side and it was delicious!! Great spot to grab a quick sandwich / salad. The boylan bottling fountain sodas are a fun touch. The cookies looked great, and they also offer wine / beer, frozen crab artichoke dip, pasta salads and more.

Had one of the best salads I've ever had !! Soo delicious and fresh and filling . Service is great and selection is wide !!

Local, fresh, healthy options. This location is closest to me and I was impressed. Parking isn't ideal, but that's everything in Town Center. When I walked in, I immediately loved their selection of local and hand-selected craft items that they have to offer. They have a nice alcohol and wine selection and many speciality foods. I took a few things home and everything was great.Atmosphere is great, lots of seating indoor or outdoors. Menu is decently big, mostly salads and sandwiches. I went with the Freemason, which was really good. Chicken salad, bacon and veg on multi-grain. I would definitely order it again. Their Peter's Picks also look really good.

Finally had a chance to try TASTE. We have past each of their locations and finally stopped at their Town Center location. They had shaded seating, which was perfect for our two pups. I had the Boardwalk sandwich was great. Their house dressing on it made the sandwich. The bread ends are a great deal. Perfect to snack on later or give your hungry dog. Can't wait to try their other locations.

A great quick lunch spot offering healthy choices of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Located in the Town center, this is a great place to study or work and enjoy good eats. They have a nice variety of grab and go meals. Taste also also carries a nice collection of drink in the refrigerated section. The food is fresh, healthy and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the decor and ambience of this place. Will be back again to try other things of their menu.

Nice store in a convenient location. Free parking close by. Plenty of wine choices to choose from, and a nice variety of snacks to choose from, as well. Plenty of inside seating, too. Check them out!

I looove TASTE!! If I'm out with a friend who hasn't stopped by here before, I always bring them. They never disappoint!! I just started Yelping so I can finally write a review with pictures.TASTE is a wonderful local chain of cafés that feature sandwiches and salads made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Their breads, meats, veggies, and other ingredients are all fresh, locally, and responsibly sourced and crafted. The staff are always so nice, and even when the place is packed, food gets out quick.Today, when I snapped these pics, I went out with my bestie to the Town Center location. I got my usual Inlet, add avocado, and she got the Chicken Caesar salad. I just love the Inlet, which features their delicious, fresh, juicy tomatoes and mozzarella. There's also basil, basil mayo, and balsamic vinaigrette. This simple sandwich never fails to wow me. The fresh bread and quality ingredients are a fantastic combination. I also can never resist their Strawberry Cheesecake, and sometimes even grab an extra one to take home for later. It is so deliciously rich.My friend is more of a fan of TASTE's salads. Served with fresh bread, they offer a hearty portion of greens and plenty of protein, shaved cheeses, and dressing with the Chicken Caesar option. Additionally, TASTE offers a wide selection of chips, desserts, and craft sodas to pair with your sandwich. There's something for every set of tastebuds. On top of that, inside the café is a shop with gourmet food items like candy and nuts, and a large wine selection. What isn't to love?!Stop by any one of TASTE's restaurants for a delicious lunch as soon as you can!! You will not regret it. And at this point, it's the same price if not cheaper than Subway... but with fresh, local ingredients, and MUCH tastier!!
