Tarheel Fireplace & Grill Shop

So far my rating for this business is zero stars, with the principle reason being that we have had 2 missed scheduled appointments from them with no call back for an explanation nor have they returned ANY of my seven calls to them. I now know what people are talking about when they complain about the poor work ethic in eastern NC.

Tarheel Fireplace and Grill serviced both my personal gas fireplace, and the fireplace for my Homeowners Association in Elizabeth City NC. Both fireplaces were not functioning prior to Tarheel's arrival. Prices were reasonable. He didn't try to up-sell. He put down a tarp and cleaned up after himself when he left. Both fireplaces work great. Very happy.

I've been using the Tarheel Fireplace and Grill Shop for several years now and am always very pleased with their quality of work and professionalism. Prices and response times are always quite reasonable. If you're looking for a dependable, experienced fireplace service company, I think you'd be very happy with the Tarheel Fireplace and Grill Shop.
