Taqueria La Bienvenida

We were driving to Onancock when we passed this eye catching green food truck. All I saw was "taqueria" and we made a u turn in the hospital parking lot. We knew they were going to be either the best tacos ever or bathroom inducing tacos.They were DELICIOUS! (Still not sure in the bathroom part. It's only been 15 minutes) but we're pretty confident that won't be an issue. The ingredients were fresh and homemade. We waited about 10 minutes .

Cons: nonePros: The food is so fresh and delicious. Great size portions for your money! Very polite and helpful, and took the time to explain the menu. Overall: Will come again, I wished they had Elote corn, but Oh well! They are very authentic, and you should try them!!! I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and Chicken Burrito, both are hands down yummy!

Nothing fancy here - just simple and great tasting Mexican food at a very good price!

You'll find great taqueria food here freshly made and tasty. The menu has the same items as captured by Kayleigh in 2019 plus a carnitas option. The prices for the large quesadillas and burritos are $8 now but the food is worth the price. I had the huaraches barbacoa and al pastor, which were nicely seasoned and my wife, a large quesadilla pollo. There are a couple of picnic benches and a good stream of patrons 6:30 on this a Monday evening.

This place is just the best :^) I struggled with speaking Spanish to ask the lady taking my order if they have vegetarian options and she suggested lots of toppings for my tacos like fried beans, lettuce, avocado, cheese, and the salsa verde was out of this world. Super patient staff and quick service with authentic Mexican food, can't go wrong when you stop here by the border of Onley as you drive into Onancock.

Great food and great price. Tacos arnt to soggy where they fall apart. Driving through for work, love to find places like this.

I have done the CBES bike tour three years in a row, and the thing I look most forward to at the finish is going to this taco truck afterwards. The food is absolutely amazing here and just so authentic. I have had the tacos al pastor, carnitas burrito, and the sopes. All were just simply excellent. I highly recommend!

Barbacoa tacos! Best I've ever had! Homemade tortillas. We go at least once a week. Best Mexican on the shore. Wifes fav is barbacoa quesadilla. Love this place!

Unexpected, delicious, authentic Mexican food truck! Very yummy!! Lots of choices and even added avocado upon request. The green salsa is something to check out!
