I try to support local businesses and a look at my reviews, such as one about T&J's a week ago, tend to be very positive.The disorganization just gets worse and worse. Chit-chat between the girls take precedence over getting the job done. I ordered a pizza and seasoned fries. Both are excellent at T&J's if they are served hot.I sat there over 40 minutes waiting for my order. They had a steady stream of customers, but were not swamped. Every one of them were getting ice cream and milk shakes, so it wasn't as if the kitchen was backed up.They just weren't paying attention. Overtipping them $7 on a $25 order ahead of time was no incentive.FINALLY I went to the counter and asked if they had forgotten about my pizza. Sure enough, they had. It was boxed up and just sitting in the kitchen for I don't know how long.My seasoned fries had been sitting on a cold counter for 5 minutes or more, by the young lady's admission. The pizza and fries were both lukewarm. The fries were limp, greasy, clotted together and ruined. They didn't have time to get me my food when it was done, but they had plenty of time to duck into the kitchen for lollygagging. There was an older couple who ordered ice cream. They served the lady hers, but her husband had to wait 5 minutes or more for his while they served other people, and then finally got around to getting him his ice cream.A few days ago I was there for a pizza and they did a slipshod job of it.All the toppings were piled in the middle and it appeared the mushrooms were tossed on at the last minute, because they were not cooked.There are too many other options for me to want to return to T&J's.They have a reputation for ice cream, but so do several other places in the area.I have tried and tried, but the disorganization and the variability in the quality of food are too great for me to have any desire to go back.

We often sneak up here for chocolate malted milkshakes. But, they have much more to offer. We've enjoyed many of the menu items. Friendly staff and good food.

T & J's Dairy Barn is one of those places you drive by a hundred times and think to yourself "I've gotta stop and try that place some day." Well - that day finally arrived. A surprisingly diverse menu for such an unassuming building. Rockfish or flounder sandwiches, shrimp, ribs, hush puppies, seafood bisque, she crab soup, paninis, pizza, corn dogs, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads - and of course ICE CREAM! Decisions, decisions. Settled on a Chili Cheese Dog and a Chicago Dog -expecting a couple of mediocre, standard fare dogs - but to my surprise what should appear - but two footlong delicious dogs donned with mass quantities of happiness. Too much food! And too good not to finish. Girlfriend tried the cheesesteak and seasoned fries. Both awesome- though seemed the fries should have been cooked a little longer (a little mushy in the middle). Topped it off with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream - and the girlfriend went for pineapple coconut. So good it made our eyes roll to the back of our heads. Can't pass up the opportunity to take a selfie on the Cowch (a couch / bench shaped like a cow). Hard to beat the bargain of the Dairy Barn. And the friendly staff. We'll be back. Often.

We had the cheeseburger special. Fresh ground beef, handmade. Excellent, made to order toppings. They even gave our pup, Sally, a bowl of ice cream.Very neat and clean establishment We plan to come back and try something else.

Drive by this place all the time. Decided to try it tonight. The pizza was delicious.

Burgers here are excellent. I'm following a keto diet (basically no carbs, so no bread, nothing fried, no potatoes, no pasta), but they have been great whenever I've made those "weird" orders like "Reuben with extra kraut and no bread" or "BBQ with no bun and extra slaw". I really miss being able to eat their pizza, because it's really good.

Went to lunch there Saturday with a friend out of town! I was bragging about the food there, but boy was I embarrassed! We both had a burger , fries and onion rings and a drink. There were several things wrong with the meal! 1.. we wanted our toppings on the, but of course that didn't happen.2... buns were Burnt and hard as a rock I tried eating mine I took two bites and I just couldn't do no more. My girlfriend was the way, an employee did bring her another bun!I used to love coming there but after today it will be a long time before I return. I'm pretty sure of the problem, there are too many young people working there.Adult supervision is needed. I was so embarrassed because I brought my friend there and we had these problems. Her total was close to "$22, and mine was almost $18 . We spent a lot of money between the 2 of us.

Yeah I'm done with this place it had a lot of potential but it has gone downhill fast the last few years. 53.00 for three subs and two fries and only thing they got right were the fries. Who wants to keep ordering and nothing is right. This is the only place in this county that has this problem. Top prices for bad service....

Great service and food!! Love the burgers and the ice cream!! Nice to have this place close by!
