Swells'a Brewing Duck Dive Bar

I had the opportunity to visit the newly opened Duck Dive Bar in Duck, North Carolina and it was an absolute delight. This tiki bar, which opened its doors in June of 2024, has quickly become a hotspot in the area. During the weekends, the bar is buzzing with excitement and is always packed with people eagerly waiting to check in. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, creating the perfect setting for a fun night out.I had the pleasure of trying their margaritas, and I must say, they were truly exceptional. The bartender at Duck Dive Bar really knows their craft and made some of the best margaritas I've ever had. They were perfectly balanced and simply delicious.One unique aspect of Duck Dive Bar is their Friday morning yoga sessions. For just $20, you can participate in a yoga class that includes a drink afterwards. It's a great way to start your day and unwind in a beautiful setting.I also appreciated that they had mocktails available for kids, making it a family-friendly establishment. The kids seemed to enjoy their drinks just as much as the adults enjoyed their cocktails.Overall, my experience at Duck Dive Bar was fantastic. From the lively atmosphere to the delicious drinks and friendly staff, it's a must-visit spot in Duck, NC. I highly recommend stopping by Duck Dive Bar for a great time with friends and family.Free parking lot.

Fun friendly little hideaway bar behind the Scarborough Lane shops. They serve great locally made Swells'a Brewing craft beer and superb hand crafted cocktails all made on site with fresh ingredients. In the evening there's a stage set beside scenic lights hung beneath a gorgeous old oak on the lawn. During the day the large lawn is great for frisbee, dogs or any yard games you can think of. It's a really nice hang. There is an upper deck above the bar and you can order to-go food from Duck Pizza next door to keep you fed. Perfect place to spend a couple hours or just pass time while family is shopping, you're waiting on a house check-in, or need someplace to take your dog or kids while enjoying a frosty beverage. It's great!! GM Johnny is super friendly and proud of what they've built. Ask questions, they love to share their history and methods. Check it out!!

This looked like a cool place if you're looking for a bougie beer / cocktail garden. Was a beautiful spot with bougie drinks and cocktails however, DEFINITELY NOT A DIVE BAR. If you're looking for a dark decrepit place to enjoy a draft beer, dis not it. Cute tho. Nice people.
