Worst place you can ever stay. First of all at the front desk the owner was like the rooms are big and nice it was all a lied they are small dirty and everything looks like it was donated to them can you say beat up furnitures. 270 for a week I should've done my research I found another one way better looking for 250. I have to say they do offer a stove but no pots and pans to cook with really. shower was dirty refrigerator missing pieces, phone was missing pieces as well I had to clean the room before anything cause they don't do refunds and said it was the last room. Please go so where else to spend your money. Ohh yeah I left work early to drop off some stuff at the motel but the door wouldn't open so I had to come back after they change the lock, who uses lock with actual keys in the hotel business this days.

I love it here other than a odd hot water shortage.when it storms bad .it's is nice here. It can be a little pricey some times it is nice motel

The Indian owner is very rude. The room had bed covers with burn holes, the carpet was filthy, and stained chairs. The microwave was rusty. The outlets were loose, which made it hard to charge your phone. The shower was the only good thing about the room. I wouldn't recommend this outdated hotel to anyone.

This place is great! We were staying at a different hotel up the road. We had a fishing trip scheduled for Wednesday but it got postponed until Friday. So we decided to find a different hotel instead of staying in the same one for an additional night. Not only does Surf have a full kitchen, (you need to supply the cookware and dishes and such , just like you would at home) they also have a wonderful view of the bay If you stay on the second floor. The place is clean, even if it is old. There is a nice beach area just behind the hotel. The only thing keeping surf from being 5 stars, is there is no coffee pot in the room, and none available in the office. Also, the laundry area is off limits to guests, you need to drive a few blocks to a laundry mat.

I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here the rooms are ragedy asf the plumbing is terrible the manger he's a asshole and money hungry lazy and rude as hell the rooms stink like sewage the house keeper half do her job the maintenance man sucks ass I hate this place the towels and washclothes they give you are filthy stains all in them it's sad all he want is your money customer service on zero

A very rundown establishment with green pool water, a rude housekeeper who accused me of stealing!! The lady literally quarreled with me and made a huge ordeal over a DollarTree bottle of aloe Vera for after sun care a family had left behind when they checked out!!! They were below my room and I heard the guest hand the owner the key for checkout! I was sunburned a little from the prior days heat & I was standing outside waiting for my LYFT to arrive! The woman then proceeded to harass me by telling me," I know what you do for a living", as if to say I was doing something illegal!! Then she made complaints about my guests, told me there are no guests allowed there. And After 3 nights I had a total of 7 guests stop by and visit with me....I am 5 months pregnant and I'm not allowed to go out to stores or others homes so my close friends and family have to come to me!! None of my guests were there longer than 4 hrs at the most and none of them slept over! I am appalled at the indecent manner I was treated and I overpaid for a dump of a place !! I had an employee literally yelling in my face as I was exiting!!!!! THE BEST WESTERN WOULDVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER AND WORTH THE $430 I SPENT FOR 3 NIGHTS!!

We've stayed here the last few years, is it a 5 star hotel? No, but the rooms we've stayed in are always clean, its right by the ocean and any room for around $100 OCEANFRONT, price not so bad at all!Doesn't have ice machine..that wasn't the greatest but the rooms we stayed in had freg, microwave and small stove....and again--OCEAN FRONT

After driving 10 hours for a vacation, my parents, boyfriend and I booked a room at this hotel!!! Huuuuggge mistake!!!! The manager was very rude, and cheated us a night. They didn't provide wi-fi or continental breakfast. The towels were disgusting, Tv didn't work well. On top of it all we began to feel itchy in the morning and discovered bed bugs!!!! Aahhhh!!!! We demanded our money back and the man gave us a hard time. Our first and last time at this hotel!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been staying at the surf for years. the Patels are very accommodating hosts. The room is big and clean. excellent value. beach has dunes and white sand lovely view from balcony room. I hope to return next month. nice, quiet and peaceful worth every cent.

I drove 5 hours from my brothers house I already had my room booked in a different place on a different day so I needed a place to crash for a night. Oh My God!!!! This room was absolutely AWFUL, it looks like a room rented by the hour for hookers and maybe even a couple murders took place. Extremely overpriced, and the manager was so rude. Could be a nice place, fresh coat of paint, maybe a bulldozer
