Superior Pawn and Gun

It's been a while since my last review of Superior Pawn and Gun, located just off of Lynnhaven Parkway in the heart of Virginia Beach, despite several visits in between my last review and this one.I'm very cautious when I visit a gun range. I take safety very seriously and I'm not about to put my life in danger by being around people who don't take guns and gun safety seriously. An integral aspect of this concept is the RSO (Range Safety Officer.) I always pay close attention to them before I enter into a range. Are they paying attention to everyone? Do they strictly enforce the rules of the range? The professionals at Superior take gun safety very seriously and they do not tolerate carelessness with anyone mishandling their firearms. I really appreciate that and I don't tolerate anything less and neither should you.

I've been to this location twice to shoot. The staff is always welcoming and nice and knowledgeable enough advise you on the gun selection and opions. There are several options for the targets which made for a fun experience. The rentals are reasonably priced witj your bullts being most expensive.

Great place and good variety of guns but however my experience with an employee there wasn't the greatest. He was very rude and impatient with me, especially with me being a beginner. Probably will not be shopping here in the near future.

One of my favorite shooting ranges in the area. They have a date night on Fridays. You can also put guns on layaway which is always great if your an advocate.

Started going here to use the range the last two weeks-nothing but great service every time. Parker has been awesome in getting me checked in and in a lane quickly, entire staff is great, even when the place is packed I've been helped quickly and professionally. I'll be coming back every week to take advantage.

Do not shop at this organization. They will not warranty any faulty product that they sell you. I purchased a weapon from them and brought it in today with an obvious defect, they even acknowledge the defect right before they told me they were going to do nothing about it and that I could contact the manufacturer directly. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend utilizing this business for any reason.

I bought a gun from this shop on Gunbroker. When I tried to return it unfired and new in the box, I got refused with a rude response and terrible communication. They have 15 negative reviews on Gunbroker this year. Next, they gave me an F rating as a buyer because I criticized their behavior. Immature people with a tarnished reputation.

Wouldn't let me pawn because im active duty! Dumb act, on top of that low balled my rifle for no reason. A 10.5 inch palmetto state rifle with aftermarket handstop, streamlight, aimpoint, drop in flat faced trigger and ambidextrous charging handle on top of magpul grip and mags. Offered me $250 for that... absolutely garbage offer i sold a glock at a different location for $200. I dont know the guys name that helped me but he was a retied navy master at arms. Maybe needs to do better yall could have added a great gun to your collection. Also maybe rid your store of the weed smell!

No integrity and poor attention to detail! Bout a brand new full size Sig Sauer P320 (9mm x 19) the store for $1,100. Got home and did some more research on the hand gun and noticed the handle plates had been changed for plain handle plates with no "SIG" marking to be found! That is pretty low! I also bought a S500 Moss Berg shot gun along with a shotgun strap. The salesman asked his coworker if the strap was right for the shotgun. The coworker said, yeah "sale it to him" it is a sling it will fit. The sling does not fit. The sling hooks are to big for the S500.
