This place is hit or miss. Really depends on who you get. I came in to look for a new pistol, I was then directed to speak with the male up front with a beard who deals with gunbroker deals. He is a extremely rude person and looks down upon others. He is the subject matter expert and instead of rolling his eyes back he should see it as a teaching opportunity to educate someone between the differences between firearms. I would highly suggest shopping else where DOA and the Armory are better options.

This is the only gun store I will use for my firearm purchases or FFL transfers. The manager Craig is a legitimately good man who cares about everyone. They have a great staff including Mrs. Allison who I adore and range masters who maintain a safe environment. I highly recommend Superior Pawn on Virginia Beach Boulevard near Aragona.

This has always been the goto firearms store in the VB area. Always have a wide stock of guns, accessories, and ammo, and the customer service is always top notch. Thanks to Allison who unlike most stores make getting through the backround check and paperwork a quick and easy process.Recommend this location above them all

Great training class. Very welcoming, friendly and most of all informative.Its also $50 cheaper than the competition.I highly recommend.

Just took the Intro to Handguns/CCW class. The class and the instructors were fantastic. Very laid back atmosphere with class participation and plenty of time for questions or expanding on items to make sure everybody was 100% confident with moving forward to the shooting range.Range time was one on one with the instructors there to assist you and help you fine tune. If you have never fired a gun before, they will be there every step of the way to make sure you are safe and successful.I would highly recommend the class for anyone that wants to get their CHP or just more training in this area.

Absolutely love this place. All the employees are very nice and have some pretty good jokes. They were able to answer all of my questions (of which there was a lot). Would hands down go to this place instead of Freedom's or Bob's because they have a way bigger selection of rifles, pistols, and shotguns and because their employees are extremely helpful.
